VIRTUAL group coaching DESCRIPTION If you’re looking for a virtual development experience that is not a one-and-done approach but consistently builds your team’s awareness and skills to create long-term results, then this is the program for you! This is a highly personal and intimate group coaching experience for up to 20 leaders in your organization. These leaders will meet each week virtually for 12 consecutive weeks and dive into one of the core traits of emotional intelligence. They will influence what they learn around each topic, understand how it applies to their work, learn tangible strategies, watch pre-recorded videos from your organization’s leaders on the subject, and set weekly achievement goals. Learners will engage with each other throughout the week on a closed Facebook group and share both their challenges and successes.
