Pilates Build a strong foundation of core stability that improves posture, alignment and decreases pain. Pilates trains the body as an integrated whole creating optimal muscle balance in strength and flexibility.

Deep Water Make a splash whilst getting fit in deeper water. Using a Buoyancy Belt to provide an uplifting workout experience, this class includes both cardiovascular and strength training within a non-impact environment.
