Confirm Housing

Determine what Activities in which your group may want to participate. Sporting events, for example may need to be scheduled well in advance.

4 Months Prior: Informational Meeting for perspective volunteers Provide Flyer w/Costs and other trip information

3 Months Prior: Assemble List of Participating Volunteers Provide Medical Forms, Releases, etc. Collect Deposits Travel Arrangements Scheduled Transportation Reservations Activity Reservations Fund Raising Team Building Exercises

RECONFIRM ALL Reservations! Including Work Locations.

Conduct Group Leaders Meeting as necessary. All forms MUST be collected at this time. Assemble First Aid Kits Devotion Book and Materials (as required) Meal Planning Reserve U-Haul Trailer as needed
