Once reservation is confirmed we need prepayment within a week from confirmation . If payment is not received reservation will be automatically cancelled. VALIDITY: This tariff is valid from April 01, 2011 to March 31, 2012.

Claims & adjustments: Passengers must contact Teamamerica immediately so that appropriate & necessary action can be taken. Claims for refunds or adjustments must be forwarded to

Teamamerica within 30 days after completion of service, with appropriate documentation & details. Passengers cancelling a stay must provide hotel’s cancellation number. All adjustments to a

booking will be corrected on the same invoice substituting the previous one. Please note that Teamamerica must authorize all refunds.

Transfers: In case client does not get in touch with the driver, they are requested to contact the office before leaving the airport, or No refund will be given.

Hotels/Bedding: SGL/DBL/TPL/QUAD are to specify the amount of full paying guests. Usually a single room contains 1 bed, twin contains 2 beds, Tpl and quad contains 2 double beds.

Rollaways and cribs can be requested, at extra charges. For Family Plan a maximum of 2 children are free when sharing a room with two full-paying parents using existing bedding in the

room. Ages, which depends upon hotel policy, must be indicated on the reservation, or they will be charged as full paying adults.
