ABOUT CODY: The town of Cody was founded by Col. William F. “Buffalo Bill” Cody in 1896 and incorporated in 1902.

“Buffalo Bill” entertained royalty, presidents and many hunting parties in Cody Country . . . we have a history of hosting groups!

LOCATION: North central Wyoming, 36 miles south of the Montana border. Only 52 miles from the East Gate of Yellowstone National Park (via the Buffalo Bill Cody Scenic Byway - U.S. Hwy. 14-16-20) and 78 miles from the Northeast Gate of Yellowstone National Park (via the Chief Joseph Scenic Byway).
