This presentation is a quick overview of the latest FREE Member tools that have been added in 2009, many of them launched between March and July of 2009.

listing. In addition, consumers will be given the option to be connected to the listing agent during the call.

Client Experience Rating Client Experience Rating ProgramProgramClients will be asked to rate their Realtor® on their performance in four service categories using a star system, with 5 stars being the best rating possible. The Client Client Experience Rating Experience Rating system will then average the scores to determine an overall rating for the Realtor®.
Clients also have an option to
include brief comments.
HAR Member BlogsHAR Member BlogsOnce you have created your blog, HAR.com will help promote it on the Houston Real Estate Blog Directory, http://blogs.har.comhttp://blogs.har.com. Your blog will also be promoted on your HAR Member Web site, Listing Detail pages and in the HAR Member Finder.
If you already have an existing blog hosted by another web site, you will be able to promote it on HAR.com as well. Simply designate your blog address within the HAR Blog Builder to promote it on HAR.com.

Social media skills are now part of the tool set successful Realtors must use in their marketing efforts. Upon completion of all five courses in HAR’s social media series (in any order), members will receive a certificate of completion and be named a “HAR Social Media ProHAR Social Media Pro” or SMPSMP for short. The cost of each class is $20.
•Members will be able to take either the Video orthe iPhone to earn the SMP designation.The iPhone class is estimated to launch
in Oct/Nov 2009.
