BELIT X SECOND LANGUAGE POLICY

  Based on BELIT results, employees are encouraged to engage in English class, in case of improvement need.

  All employees under Second Language Program – non GlobalEnglish users – need to be assessed in BELIT every 6 months to be entitled to a full reimbursment and to guarantee continuous learning.
