HAWA HealthPoint Check-Up• It will take place at your location(s).
• Our team of examiners arrives 30-60 min
before your scheduled event to set up.
• One simple blood draw with 34+
preventative tests, along with height and
weight measurements in a quick 10-minute
time period.
• The lab results will be loaded into the
member’s HAWA account within 1-2 weeks
after event.

What is our Visit a Lab program? • The Visit a Lab (VAL) option is available for
employees who are not able to attend the on-site
screening due to schedule conflict.
• Employees will contact HAWA Support or choose
the Visit a Lab option through their HAWA Member
Dashboards.
• Our HAWA Support will contact the employee with
their lab order and information to go to the
LabCorp location nearest to them.
• Lab results will be loaded into member accounts
within 1 - 2 weeks post lab draw.
