JAKE BOTTAY RETIRES FROM DIRECTORSHIP

Bryant, CEO announces the retirement and resignation of Jake Bottay as a Director of Highbank Resources Ltd.- Board of Directors. Jake Bottay joined the Board in March 1996 and was appointed President & CEO from August 2002 to September 2012. He helped guide the Company through some challenging periods, and assisted in raising over $6.0 million in financing for exploration and working capital during that tenure. Mr. Bottay will continue to consult for the board as required.
