Yes I mean army too! I looked over the children of all ages and the excitement in their faces and legs. No force in this world would have been able to stand against them! We had a special guest that stayed throughout the duration of this hunt, taking hundreds of pictures with all of his fans. I’m speak- ing about the Easter Bunny of course, who took time out of his busy schedule to brighten the day for each child in a Polaroid opportunity for them and their parents. We had hundreds of pounds of candy, stuffed animals, toys and other prizes for the children of special needs and all ages up to 11 years of age to find. Most of the little hunters also leſt with a tattoo or two from BACA. No child leſt empty handed that day, all had lots of candy and a toy or two to play with aſter they were done. I saw smiling faces and lots of cameras taking pictures of their little egg hunters. We had volunteers in- side the fenced area laying out the “goods” before each race. Aſter that the crowd would count down and at the sound of the fire engine’s loud horn, the hunt was on. e event started at 10:30 and was completed by 1:00. ough the time may sound like it was short, many hours had gone into the planning and preparation for this big day! I have worked in the mental health industry for well over a decade and one main objective we wanted for our clients was to be able to recognize their own triggers in life! To illustrate this better let me tell you what happened in our family one day. While arriving home from work late one evening, my wife had already called the girls to dinner and I was the last to show. As the custom is in our home, we talk about the day events for each child at the dinner table. While we were going around the table with our girls, it came to our nine year olds turn and she was eager to speak. (please pay close attention to what she said). She began “I went over to a Sally’s house and saw her new family pet and I think we should get one like them”, “Really her mother said and what would it be”? Samee went on to explain “Sally has the coolest Geico! It changes colors and everything”. I chuckled and said are you sure it’s not a Gecko? She looked at me as if I had gone mad and repeated herself once more “It’s a Geico dad, you know the little lizard, like the one on TV and Sally says it eats millworms too”. en her sisters started in on her saying things like, “there’s no such thing as a Geico it’s a commercial and Dad knows what they are called Samee it’s a Gecko”! Which brings me to this point; as a company is working out their marketing plan you want to do a few steps, 1. Find out who your target market is and make speaking and remember you fun for them. Making things fun will make people hold onto the idea a lot longer and it is saved in their memory banks a lot longer. 2. Can you add to the original ideas of your company like Geico did and build on it to new level i.e. Shirts, wrist bands and more. is will reinforce in people’s minds how stable your product is and the longevity it will have with them. The Curt Warnick Insurance Agency opened for business in Tooele on Dec. 1st 2012. In partnership with

American Family Insurance, the agency looks to become a premier insurance provider in Tooele County. The mission of the Agency is about building relation-ships that last a lifetime by surpassing the needs, wants, and expectations of those they serve with great products, uncompromised values, and unprecedented service, Every Single Time.

Curt has 13 years of professional insur-ance and finance history, and prior to coming to Tooele worked as an Agent for American Family Insurance in Davis County for almost four years. He brings a wealth of knowledge and enjoys helping clients understand what they need to insure and why. With Karrie Rapich helping out with Home, Auto and Life Insurance, they have the capability to service and help all of the residents in Tooele County.

One of the other benefits of working with great people, is this allows the agency greater ability to work with the small and mid-sized businesses here in the Tooele Valley. Many small business owners have invested a good portion of their life savings into making a dream come true. American Fam-ily Insurance and the Curt Warnick Agency are passionate about protecting this dream. Much of Curt’s previous experience is in small/mid size business insur-ance. He knows how to make sure that your coverage is appropriate for the risk potential a business possesses.

In a day and age where it is important to save money, it is also important to protect

what we have spent our precious money on. Curt has said, “It is first and foremost about protection, but if we can do it while saving people money at the same time, we should do all in our power to make saving happen.” That is where American Family comes in. American Family Insurance has been an insurance provider since the 1927 offering quality products at fair pricing.

Curt also understands the importance of shopping local. While in Davis county he helped establish a 501(c)3 organization that was organized to help residents and business owners understand the importance of shopping local. (Did you know that buy-ing locally keeps almost 60% more of your dollar in the community? This means more jobs for more of our neighbors.)

The Curt Warnick Insurance Agency and its employees look forward to being a great part of this community for many years to come.

Spring Fashion in 2013 can be a lot less painful for most of us than the short-shorts we are accustomed to

seeing. According to Megan Gustashaw’s article, Spring Fashion, at www.glamour.com, here are five trends that can be worn by everyone.

Sunglasses: Make a statement about your fun side with sunglasses this year! All colors, shapes and sizes are in – just make them about you!

Stripes: Vertical, horizontal, diago-nal, you name it! Bold stripes are in so have some fun with them. Mix stripes with other patterns and see what you come up with. Gustashaw writes, “With denim, they’re all-American; with navy, they’re nautical-chic and worn head-to-toe, they’re just plain cool. Bonus: You’ll definitely be able to wear them for seasons

– even years – to come.”Black & White: Colors in every shade

of Easter-egg are often the rage dur-ing spring. This year, however, design-ers flooded the New York runways with strong, yet simple use of black and white. B & W are easy to pull off at any time of year, in any setting and on any budget. Black and white is a sure-fire way to look stylish this season.

Color’s In Too: Don’t let all the black and white fool you. Color is in too – and

especially in cobalt blue, emerald green and orange crush. These bold colors can be worn as accents or as the whole outfit. Pat-terns ranging from the influences of India to Russia are making a state-ment this season.

Beautiful Beading: Adorn yourself with the pizzazz of beautiful beading. Embellished tops, skirts, scarves and evening wear will add style to your look. And the most beau-tiful thing of all: they are not sequin-itchy! These embellishments, along with a little lace, bring back the style of “pretty”.
