List the antibody systems or specificities usually involved in: a. Cold agglutinin disease b. Paroxysmal cold hemoglobinuria c. Warm autoimmune hemolytic anemias 3. Describe and recognize the characteristic hematological findings associated with the following conditions: a. Cold agglutinin disease b. Warm autoimmune hemolytic anemias 4. Contrast alloimmune and autoimmune hemolytic anemias including stimulus for antibody production, site of hemolysis and type of antibody involved. 5. List 3 classifications of immune hemolytic anemia (IHA). 6. List an infectious agent that can cause secondary cold agglutinin disease. 7.
