High Performance Twin Power Module Inverter General description The high performance, twin power module inverter is available in three different configurations: 1200 V SiC, 1200 V Si and 750 V Si. The Inverter converts DC Power to three Phase AC Power as based on torque requests from the central vehicle control unit. The high perfor- mance inverter can support all ASIL requirements from QM to ASIL-D due to advance control and diagnostic capabilities, enabling functions such as torque vectoring.
