    Trust and credibility is important: developing relationships

    with entrepreneurs and helping them develop theirbusiness plans---Growing up with entrepreneurs;

    Mentoring/forum/deal flow is not enough;

    Mentored finalists may not accepted by investors;

    Need for access to angel funds and also missing early

    stage funds.
