The fonts I want to use.

• Piece of Eight! – I want to use this font because it looks mysterious and grungy and kind of old fashioned, so it would suit being the title of a horror film.

• Chiller! I would like to use this as a font as well, because it looks spooky and the style of the font would suit being the title, or subtext for a horror film.

Colours

The reason I have used these colours is because horror posters tend to be dark, so I’ve gone with a dark themed poster. The reason for using red is because, it could stand for blood or tension, there’s usually quite a lot of both of them things involved with horror films. I’ve used blue as its quite mysterious and the name of the horror film I’m doing is Silent Kill – sounds mysterious. Black, white and grey are to keep to the dark theme, the white can be used on certain parts to lighten up the bits the need the attention more.
