Hotcakes was created in 1984 with deep roots in theclassic rock and R&B of the 60s. It wasn't long before thissolid, hard-driving band from Austin, Texas, added somecarefully chosen hits from the 70s, 80s and 90s to theirextensive repertoire. With their ability to also cover anevening of country & western to popular jazz standards,Hotcakes is the definitive party band.

From their years as house band at Austin's hottest nightclub to the present, Hotcakes has been packing the dancefloor and satisfying audiences of all ages. They haveshared the stage with such greats as Little Richard,George Strait, REO Speedwagon, Willie Nelson, Hall &Oates, Michael McDonald and Tanya Tucker, exhibitingirresistible enthusiasm and professionalism at its best.
