HOW TO COUNT MY CASINO VISITS?

One single visit is taken as a period of 24 hours, regardless of the number of times you enter and exit within those 24 hours in the same casino.

For example:

If you have a Third Party Visit Limit of 4, to be in force from 1 June 2015, you can only visit either or both casinos up to 4 times in a month, starting from 1 June 2015. If you visit both casinos on the same day, it will be counted as 2 visits.

Your visit count will be reset on the first day of every month.

WHERE CAN I SEEK HELP TO ADDRESS MY GAMBLING ISSUES?

You can call the National Problem Gambling Helpline at 1800-6-668-668 or use the WebChat (www.ncpg.org.sg) to communicate with the para-counsellors.

These are 24-hour services that operate 7 days a week, and are manned by trained para-counsellors from the National Addictions Management Service (NAMS).
