Great leaders know what they want to achieve so they set long term
goals and are passionate about achieving it.

Comittment continuum Resistant: cadets that have not bought
into the units goals. Reluctant: cadet that gives half effort in
anything they do. Existent: apathetic towards unit goals

initiative. ( leader always has to supply motivation) Committed:
cadets that do what is necessary to get the job done. Compelled:
cadets that wont take a break until the job is done.

If you want to have a chance to be an effective leader, you must be
in the committed catergory.

yourself. Being a leader is something you want to do, not something
that you have to do.
