Follow these steps to turn off auto updates on Windows 11 and 7,
just follow through:
1. Click Start -> Run2. Enter gpedit.msc3. Go to Local
Computer Policy -> Computer Configuration -> Administrative
Templates -> Windows Components -> Windows Update4.
Double-click on No auto-restart for scheduled Automatic Update
installation5. Enable it!6. Reboot the computer
