  • HR Operations Partner - 6 months project

    Location: Paris, France

    employees in over 50 world centers and currently looking for a future colleague in Paris,

    France.

    Responsibilities

    Deliver services (both transactional and support) within the Portfolio of Services to internal

    customers within agreed Service Level Offerings.

    As part of the HR Operations Team provide outstanding customer service to all internal

    and external customers including 3rd parties that support HR processes

    Contribute to the creation of solutions to improve and standardize (globally where

    possible) the service

    Educate the customer to ensure that where possible services are provided through HR

    Operations e-channel

    Work with the Senior HR Operations Partner and Regional Head of HR to continually

    improve the quality, eff iciency and effectiveness of the level of service provided via use of technology and internal processes

    Requirements

    University graduate; a HR qualification is a plus

    HR experience

    Fluent verbal and written in English and French

    Customer Services experience would be a plus

    Detail conscious and meticulous

    Very well organized

    Very good communications skills

    Ability to meet deadlines by recognizing best use of time and working with end results very clearly in mind
