• If your performance in a functional area is lower than the performance of passing candidates, this means that your performance in the functional area is significantly lower than the performance of those candidates who met the minimum passing standard.
• If your performance in a functional area is slightly lower than the performance of passing candidates, this means that your performance in the functional area is slightly lower than the performance of those candidates who met the minimum passing standard.
• If your performance in a functional area is comparable to the performance of passing candidates, this means that your performance in the functional area is similar to the performance of those candidates who met the minimum passing standard.
• If your performance in a functional area is higher than the performance of passing candidates, this means that your performance in the functional area exceeds the performance of those candidates who met the minimum passing standard.
