About Hastings Mitratama Founded in 1994, private limited company specializing in the

Communications and Security industry. It is wholly owned and managed by a group of Indonesian professionals with experiences and qualifications from the United States. This together with its extensive local network of contacts and entrepreneurial skills has in time since its establishment, earned the Company a reputation for providing reliable and quality products and services.

The scope of its services ranges from initial consultancy all the way to designing, supplying, installing, commissioning, operation and maintenance of selected systems as well as training of client’s personnel. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENT

System PerformanceAs the operation of PHP architecture programming, the running process of request at the server application, so that the client receives the html files which transfer with less of data rates of bandwith networking and Keico HRMS can run fast and quick response.

Maintainabilitybecause the system used is based php web programming, so if there are software maintenance is only performed on the server only, does not require treatment and the client upadate.

Database SecurityFor some of the things that are considered important, the data in the database do the encryption to prevent data misuse.To use the user's password with the password database distinguished.The data can be set for use by all users is set at the application level as described in the chapter 12 system administration.

Application SecurityDefining user access rights must have super admin can set permissions by group to facilitate the setting.The program can restrict access to data delete, edit, add, view only.Manager can view the information subordinates to inspect or monitor attendance data directly.Employees can also view and change your personal information as far as it is allowed by regulation.Use of this web application is made very easy and integrated inter-module
