    3. Lp t: 3.1. Yu cu chung :

    - Phng lp t l t phi m bo hon thnh vic xy dng v c trang b y thit b

    in, ngun in phc v vic chiu sng, sy cho t v hot ng ca cc thit b thng gi.

    - Cc mng cp phc v u ni cp lc, cp iu khin bo v cng phi c hon

    thnh trc khi tin hnh lp t.

    - Trong trng hp Dao ni t, Bin in p, Bin dng inc lp trn nc t th phi

    m bo chiu cao ca trn nh ln p ng vic tho/lp Bin dng, bin in p v

    thao tc Dao ni t.

    3.2. Lp t t trn khung thp hnh ch C:

    - Sai s ti a khi thi cng nn nh v lp t khung thp :

    + bng phng: +/- 1mm trn mi chiu di 1 m ca khung thp.

    + thng: 1mm trn mi chiu di 1 m ca khung thp nhng khng qu 3mm cho ton b

    chiu di ca khung.

    - Khung thp ch c php cao hn so vi mt sn l 5mm.

    - Nu cc im trn c lu s m bo:

    + Vic lp t, thao tc ng/ct My ct, dao ni t , a my ct vo/ra c d dng

    + Cnh t khoang cp khi m khng b kt vo sn nh.

    3.3. Lp t trc tip trn sn nh:

    - Sai s ti a khi thi cng nn nh:

    + bng phng: +/- 1mm trn mi chiu di 1 m ca nn nh.

    3.4. a gin t vo v tr lp t:

    - Trc tin, a cc My ct (13) (hin ang v tr th nghim) ra khi t bng xe my ct

    (124) trc khi lp t cc t in vo v tr.

    - Di chuyn t vo v tr lp t (v tr lp t c

    - Tho cc tm chn dc (9) nm pha trc khoang cp, tm chn ngang (20) nm pha di

    my ct

    - Tho tm y y t (17) khi u ni cp lc; cc tm y cp iu khin (43.2, 43.3) ti hng

    t pha tri v phi khi u ni cp iu khin.

    - Tin hnh cn chnh khi a ht l t vo v tr lp t v m bo nghing ti a ca t

    (nht l pha trc) khng vt qu 2mm.

    - Sau , tin hnh kt ni cc t vi nhau bng Bu-lng. Kt ni 15 im khi ni 2 t lin k

    nhau, bao gm: 06 im trc t (A, B, C, D, E, F) ; 04 im gia t (L, M, N, O) v 05 im

    pha sau t (G, H, I, J, K). Vi gin t gm 10 chic tr ln, nn tin hnh u ni t cc t

    nm gia ra hai bn.

    - Thc hin hn, ni bng gin t vo gi bng Bu-lng.

    3.5. Lp t s xuyn (bushings) v tm ngn s xuyn (bushing plates):

    - Vi t 12kV hoc 17.5kV (1 s xuyn dng cho c 3 pha (29)):

    + Nu dng chu ng ngn mch ca t l 25 kA th khng phi lp s xuyn v tm ngn s

    xuyn.

    + Nu dng chu ng ngn mch ca t l 31.5 kA, th c 3 t lp 01 s xuyn (29) v tm

    ngn s xuyn (Vi chui cc t c kch thc l 1000mm v 800mm). Nu t c kch thc

    650 mm th s khng phi lp.

    + Nu dng chu ng ngn mch ca t l 40 kA hoc 50 kA th s xuyn v tm ngn s

    xuyn c lp ti tt c cc t.

    - Vi t 24 kV (1 s xuyn dng cho 1 pha) c dng chu ng ngn mch l 25 kA hoc 31.5

    kA th khng phi lp cc s xuyn (29) v tm ngn s xuyn (28).

    + S xuyn (29) di cng (pha C), lp t phi sang tri.

    + S xuyn (29) gia v trn cng (pha A, B), lp t tri sang phi.

    3.6. Kt ni gin thanh ci:

    - Vi t 17.5kV v 24 kV: Cc im ni ca thanh ci lin kt t s c y kn bng tm chp

    cch in (58, 58.5).

    - Vi t 12 kV: Ch c im ni ca thanh ci c dng in nh mc ln hn 2000A mi c

    lp Tm chp cch in.

    - Vi cc t nm ngoi cng: Tm chp cch in cn c lp thm ming (58.1).

    - Ni thanh ci cho t 12/17.5 kV : + Thanh ci 1250A, Nhnh r 630-1250A:

    Vi t 24 kV: Ti cc s xuyn (29) s lp t cc l xo tip xc (29.3). Cc l xo ny phi m bo tip xc tt gia Thanh ci (3) v mt trong ca S xuyn (29) trnh trng hp phng in cc b gin thanh ci.

    - Ni thanh ci cho t 24 kV : + Thanh ci 1250A, Nhnh r 1250A:

    3.7. Lp t cp lc:

    - Tm np y mng cp (17) phi c lp kn sau khi u cp lc vo t trnh cn

    trng, hi m c th xm nhp vo v t gy phng in.

    - Tm bt (17.2) phi c lp vo mi si cp v c bt kn l xuyn cp trnh cn trng

    hay hn m xm nhp vo t v gy phng in.

    - Cc si cp phi c bt cht vo y t thng qua kp cp (21).

    3.8. Kim tra li ton b l t sau khi lp t:

    - Kim tra v sit cht ton b cc Bu-lng ni t; Thanh ci; Ni t (19.1)

    - Kim tra, lau chi v v sinh sch s ton b l t (Nht l cc khoang thanh ci ; my ct ;

    cp)

    - Kim tra v lp t li ton b cc tm ngn (26), vch, np y.

    - Kim tra cc tip im tnh, tip xc, h thng lin ngv tra du m nu cn thit.

    - Lp t li My ct, VTv t.

    4. Vn hnh, thao tc: 4.1. Yu cu chung:

    - Vic thao tc v vn hnh l t phi c thc hin bi Cn b c chuyn mn, c trang b

    y thit b an ton lao ng, tun th quy nh An ton ca Nh sn xut, c quan chc

    nng v hiu c cc quy trnh vn hnh l t.

    - Ty theo thit k ca tng d n, ngi vn hnh phi c v hiu c cc lin ng c kh

    hay in c thit k gia cc thit b trong cng 1 t hay gia cc t vi nhau trc khi

    tin hnh bt c thao tc ng/ct thit b (my ct, dao ni t..) hay ng/m cnh ca t.

    Vi cc h hng ca thit b do thao tc khng ng quy nh (trnh t), Nh sn xut c quyn t chi ngha v bo hnh. - Khng i li trn nc t nht.

    - Thu hi ton b cc dng c, trang bcn st li trong qu trnh lp t.

    - Tt c cc ngun sy trong t phi c cp in t nht 48 gi trc khi ng in cho ton

    l t.

    4.2 Kim tra cc lin ng c kh di y trc khi vn hnh:

    - Sau khi hon tt cc cng vic lp t, u ni t v cp, tin hnh kim tra cc lin ng c

    kh di y, theo :

    1. Khng m c cnh t khoang my ct nu my ct ang nm l lng gia v tr th

    nghim v v tr lm vic hoc my ct ang v tr lm vic.

    2. Cnh ca chp (12.1, 12.2 y cc u tip im ni vi my ct) s t ng ng

    kn (nh hnh v di y) khi my ct v tr th nghim hoc c a ra khi t.

    3. Khi my ct ang ng, khng th a my ct t v tr th nghim vo v tr lm vic v

    ngc li t v tr lm vic ra v tr th nghim.

    4. Khi dao ni t ng, khng a c my ct vo v

    tr lm vic.

    5. Nu my ct ang nm l lng gia v tr th nghim v

    lm vic th khng ng c my ct

    6. Khng ng c dao ni t nu cun lin ng in

    ca dao ni t khng c in.

    7. Khng ng c dao ni t nu My ct ang v tr

    lm vic.

    8. Khng m c cnh t khoang cp nu Dao ni t ang m.

    10. Hai my ct khc nhau v dng in nh mc th khng th thay i cho nhau (V d:

    lp my ct ny vo t ca my ct kia).

    11. Kim tra cc chc nng ch th: S ln thao tc; v tr ON/OFF (ch th c kh trn my

    ct v ch th in trn khoang h th); trng thi l xo sau mi ln thao tc My ct.

    12. Kim tra cc ch th v tr Dao ni t (ch th c kh v tr a tay thao tc v ch th

    in trn khoang h th).

    13. Kim tra chc nng ca cc nt ng/ct c kh

    14. Kim tra chc nng ca cc kha lin ng (nu c)

    15. Kim tra vic ng/m t.

    16. Kim tra Bin in p kiu ko/y.

    4.3. Thao tc, vn hnh My ct:

    - S dng ng chng loi, dng c thao tc cho mi thit b

    + Tay np l xo my ct (128 cho My ct HD4)

    + Kha cnh t (145)

    + Tay thao tc dao ni t (122)

    + Tay a my ct vo/ra (121)

    + Tay np l xo cho My ct (90.8 cho my ct)

    + Tay thao tc khn cp cho my ct VM1 (31.28)

    - My ct ch c th c di chuyn t v tr th nghim vo v tr lm vic (v ngc li) khi cc

    iu kin sau tha mn:

    + Hp u dy (10.2) ni vo My ct

    + My ct ct

    + Cnh t khoang my ct ng

    + Ngun iu khin c cp vo t.

    + Dao ni t ct.

    - My ct ch c th ng hoc ct khi tha mn cc iu kin sau:

    + Hp u dy (10.2) ni vo My ct

    + My ct v tr ct

    + Cnh t khoang my ct ng

    + Ngun iu khin c cp vo t.

    - Trong qu trnh di chuyn My ct, khng My ct nm l lng gia v tr lm vic v v tr

    th nghim.

    - Vic a my ct vo/ra phi thc hin nh nhng, trnh dng sc khi thao tc bi s ph v

    cc kt cu c kh trong b lin ng ca My ct.

    4.4. Thao tc, vn hnh Dao ni t u cp:

    - Ch thao tc (ng/ct) Dao ni t khi my ct v tr th nghim hoc tho ra khi t v

    cnh ca khoang cp ng.

    - Thng thng, cc dao ni t ca t l tng ch ng c khi c in iu khin cp cho

    Cun lin ng (interlocking coils).

    4.5. Thao tc, vn hnh Dao ni t thanh ci:

    - Ty thuc vo thit k ca tng d n, Dao ni u thanh ci ch c th thao tc (ng/ct) khi

    tt c cc my ct c a ra v tr th nghim.

    - Khi dao ni t thanh ci ng, khng th a c My ct t v tr th nghim vo v tr

    lm vic.

    - Thng thng, cc dao ni t thanh ci ch ng c khi c in iu khin cp cho Cun

    lin ng (interlocking coils).

    4.6. Thao tc, vn hnh Dao ph ti v Dao ni t (T t dng):

    - Dao ph ti v Dao ni t ch c th thao tc c khi cc cnh t ng.

    - Ch ng Dao ph ti khi Dao ni t ct.

    - Ch ng/ct Dao ni t khi Dao ph ti ct.

    - Vi cc cnh t c lp c nh bi Bu-lng, (v d: Cnh t khoang dao LBS ca t t dng) th cc Bu-lng ny phi c lp chc chn khi t lm vic m bo lin ng c kh v an ton cho ngi vn hnh.

    4.7. M cnh t khoang My ct:

    - Cnh t ch m c khi My ct v tr th nghim.
