The Hybrid-Skooter MK2 on board Stargas™ Fuel Gas Reactor assembly and Electrolyser Power Unit can be economically retrofitted to most types and capacities of two stroke or four strike motor cycles, or quads.

The on board Hydrogen,Oxygen and Nitrogen (H.O.N) Fuel Gas Electrolyser assembly can substantially increase the performance, power and fuel efficiency of most types of automotive and marine type internal combustion engines.

The Stargas™ Hydrogen,Oxygen and Nitrogen Gas Electrolyser assembly sets the benchmark as the most advanced, compact, lightweight and low maintenance fuel cell ever designed for electrically generating a pyrolytic fuel gas mixture and oxidant for enhancing the combustion properties of petroleum or diesel fuel.

The Stargas™ special purpose designed gas recombinant electro-chemical reactor extracts Hydrogen, Nitrogen and Oxygen molecules contained within the atmosphere of air for subsequent generation of a highly combustible gas mixture for On Demand power enhancement applications, whereto enhance the efficiency of conventional petroleum or diesel powered reciprocating internal combustion engines without requirement of storing the Hydrogen, Nitrogen and Oxygen (H.O.N) gas mixture in a vessel under pressure and negate the expenses and hazards of flammable gas storage, transport and distribution. The novel designed Stargas™ lead-acid gas recombinant electro-chemical fuel gas reactor, utilises Hydrogen-Oxygen recombination chemistry to produce water and minimise the consumption of water needed that is integral of disassociating the fuel gases from the weak acid electrolyte gel solution contained therein the electrolysis cells assembly, thereby this advanced electrolyser assembly is self re- hydrating and requires very little maintenance.

Page 11: HYBRID-SKOOTER MK2 2011

Hybrid-Skooter’s Stargas™ electrolysis cells assembly has several important differences of operating principals comparative to prior art electrolyser's, namely the use of a special blend gelled electrolyte and special lead alloy anode plates and lead alloy cathode plates with the incorporation of a manifold system which common vents to a given engines air/ fuel intake port a compressed stoichimetric Hydrogen, Nitrogen and Oxygen gas mixture when the weak acid gel solution contained therein the electrolytic cells is subject to pulses of high amperage direct current and over voltage stimulation powered by the Hybrid-Skooter’s electric alternator and the Hybrid-Skooter’s 12V x 28 aH or optional 12V x 134 aH Electrolyser Power Unit.

At regulated moments the Hybrid-Skooter’s gas recombinant electro-chemical fuel gas reactor assembly inducts water vapour and nitrogen gas contained thereof the atmosphere and also 10% of the exhaust gases all of which are reticulated back into the electrolysis cells via the H.O.N gas output manifold whereto replace Hydrogen and Oxygen molecules that are typically liberated from the decomposition of water components comprising of the weak sulphuric acid gelled electrolyte contained within the Hybrid-Skooter’s electrolysis cells assembly thus conserving water, reducing CO2 and NOx emissions and minimising electrolyte maintenance.

The Stargas™ Fuel Gas Reactor functions also as a 6 Volt 20 amp hour auxiliary DC power supply and can have incorporated to any given model of Hydro-Skooter Pty Ltd motorcycles, an optional auxiliary output jack for energising or recharging off board ancillaries such as plug in camping lights, radios or mobile phone charger.

The Stargas™ Fuel Gas Reactor is a recyclable disposable unit and can be economically replaced within 20 minutes by the labours of a home handy person or local mechanic.

The lightweight Stargas™ Fuel Gas Reactor is constructed from high impact reinforced copolymer polypropylene cases that are robust and vibration resistant and will be readily obtained from any Hydro-Skooter Pty Ltd dealership or authorised agents thereof most countries.

Page 12: HYBRID-SKOOTER MK2 2011

The typical working life of the Stargas™ disposable H.O.N Fuel Gas reactor (electrolysis cells) without maintenance is dependant of the duty cycle and time of energisation :

15 Cycles of 2 hour gas generation at 50% Duty Cycle

30 Cycles of 1 hour gas generation at 50% Duty Cycle

60 Cycles of 30 min gas generation at 50% Duty Cycle

120 Cycles of 15 min gas generation at 50% Duty Cycle

240 Cycles of 10 min gas generation at 50% Duty Cycle

480 Cycles of 5 min gas generation at 50 % Duty Cycle

960 Cycles of 2.5 min gas generation at 50 % Duty Cycle

1920 Cycles of 75 sec gas generation at 50% Duty Cycle

The working life of the Hybrid-Skooter’s Fuel Gas reactor can be extended up to 100 times with simple maintenance conducted at regular intervals per 30 hours of intermittent HON gas generation, by simply refilling the electrolyser cell header tank with 40 cc’s of a low cost proprietary blend electrolyte solution which can be purchased from Hydro-Scooter Pty Ltd dealerships or hardware store.

Total gassing of the Stargas™ Electrolysis Cell prior to replenishing 50 cc of electrolyte per 40 hours operation.

= 5040 liters of H.O.N gas

= 2369 liters of Hydrogen gas

= 1663 liters of Oxygen gas

= 957 liters of Nitrogen gas

= 23.2 Mega-Watts of additional power per 40 hours @ 68% efficiency.

Page 13: HYBRID-SKOOTER MK2 2011

Replacement of the Stargas™ sealed electrolysis cells can be purchased for less than $35 AUD each (plus F.O.B charges if ordering online) and the electrolyte maintenance solution can be purchased for less than $7 AUD per liter.

Page 14: HYBRID-SKOOTER MK2 2011

Aside integrating Hydrogen Gas Injection on demand for enhancement of the Hybrid-Skooter’s engine power, economy and reduction of emissions. the Hybrid-Skooter MK2 also utilises an integrated process for improving the combustive properties of an air/ fuel mixture by mixing water molecules with petrol whereto form an emulsion of fuel which is subsequently vaporised via an onboard vacuum actuated apparatus and directly injected into the air/fuel intake port to provide for further hydrogen and oxygen enrichment of liquid petroleum conveyed via the conventional carburetion system.

The Hydroleum 50 isooctane (petroleum) and water emulsion fuel vapor mixture when combusted, can eliminate much of the noxious emissions expelled by an internal combustion engine, by increased engine efficiency and considerable reduction of petroleum consumption by addition to a liquid hydrocarbon fuel, a large component of water, whereby the component of water added to the hydro carbon fuel has water molecules dispensed and suspended homogenously within the mass of a liquid hydrocarbon fuel prior to vaporisation.

Emissions that are typically generated by an internal combustion engine are un- burnt hydrocarbon particulates, carbon dioxide gas, carbon monoxide gas and heavy oxides of nitrogen which all the aforecited are a primary cause of chemical smog and is acknowledged by many scientific organisations and the community as deleterious to the earth’s gaseous envelope which is vital to sustain all life forms .

Hydroleum 50 fuel is typically blended at proportions of 50% volume water based component and 50% volume petrol, for engine capacities smaller than 250 cc and can issue forth much higher compression ratios without increasing the temperature in the combustion chamber and furthermore, capable of use without any physical alteration of the present types of carburetor, nor does require any modification to any other parts or associated mechanisms of an internal combustion engine.

Page 15: HYBRID-SKOOTER MK2 2011

Upon combustion of Hydroleum 50 isooctane/water fuel emulsion, there is a considerable reduction of combustion waste products, by virtue of the micro dimensioned water vapor droplets contained therein the emulsion fuel vapor, expanding upon heating, then in turn disintegrating the hydrocarbon particles into finer particles, thus increasing the surface area of the fossil fuel contained within the combustion chamber and provide complete burning of the hydrocarbons of which the heat liberated , further disassociates hydrogen and oxygen gas from the water vapour and steam component comprising of the Hydroleum fuel emulsion, by process of thermolysis.

The vaporised Hydroleum fuel gives additional energy for work through the simultaneous process of thermolytic and catalytic dissociation of hydrogen and oxygen derived from the water vapor component comprising of the Hydroleum fuel emulsion, whereby heat from the combustion chamber generated by the burning of the hydrocarbon fuel component is utilised to flash heat the water vapor component firstly into super heated steam and then thermolytically break down the super heated water vapour into separate gas components, namely hydrogen and oxygen gas, which causes a a spontaneous supersonic expansion within the combustion chamber to drive an engine’s piston or piston’s .

Further engine efficiency and reduction of emissions are obtained when simultaneously injecting H.O.N gas into the vacuum inducted Hydroleum vapor stream, which then contributes to a highly enriched hydrogen and oxygen atmosphere for the complete combustion and disassociation of hydrocarbon molecules contained in the combustion chamber due to the rapid flame speed of atomic hydrogen and oxygen interspersed through the fossil fuel.

Hydroleum 50 pre-formed fuel emulsions can be readily purchased in 20 to 200 liter drums from any Hydroleum Resources outlet’s or Hydro-Skooter Pty Ltd dealerships or agencies or alternatively the non toxic Hydroleum Emulsification chemical for water/isooctane blending can be supplied in 1 to 20L canisters for user’s own mixing.

Page 16: HYBRID-SKOOTER MK2 2011

The Hybrid-Skooter MK2 concept scooter for market release 2008 has a verified fuel consumption of 71 Km per Liter with H.O.N fuel gas and Hydroleum vapor injection and 61 Km per Liter with Hydroleum vapor injection alone, these results were achieved on a brand new test vehicle, actual results may vary pending road conditions, load and wind parameters but should be no more than +/- 10%.

The key to optimum fuel consumption and performance is to properly break in the engine. A proper break in means keeping the Hybrid-Skooter MK2 at speeds below 25 km per hour for the first 300 km, then ensure for another 300 km, speeds at no greater than 35 Km per hour and for another 400 km speeds no greater than 45 Km per hour .

Engines that are properly broken in are usually up to 8 Km per hour faster than those that were not and have a useful life 10 to 20% longer.

Many years of enjoyment can be obtained of the Hybrid-Skooter MK2if the above procedure and maintenance schedule is adhered to.

Hybrid-Skooter’s are perfect for people with a daily commute of 30 km or less. Hybrid-Skooter’s are intended for surface street use only. They are not legal on any highways and should not be ridden on roads with a speed limit higher than 70 km per hour.
