Man-teniendo lo mas posible laparte fija en eje, haciendocuidado que tanto la flangiacomo el cojinete entrencorrectamente en su aloja-miento, enroscar la tuercasobre el tirante de modoque la tapa anterior del al-ternador se apoye a la flan-gia del motor y el cojineteentrara totalmente en elproprio alojamiento (fig. 4).

Fijar la flangia del alterna-dor a la flangia del motorcon tornillos M10 (par decierre 35Nm). Quitar latuerca, la arandela y el ti-rante. Verificar el correctoposicionamiento del coji-nete; montar de nuevo larejilla posterior (fig. 5).

Approcher le rotor du volantmoteur; visser le rotor avecdes vis M8 (couple de serrage21 Nm) en faisant coïnciderles trous du volant avec lesvis.Fixer un tirant M10 d'une lon-gueur minimum de 80 mmdans la partie arrière de l'arbre(fig. 2).

Approcher la partie fixe dela machine au flasque dumoteur d'entraînement enfaisant entrer le rotor à l'in-térieur. (fig. 3).

Mettre une rondelle (diamètreextérieur 70 mm et diamètreintérieur 10.5 mm) sur le tirantde l'arbre et visser à suivre unécrou M10. En tenant le pluspossible la partie fixe dansl'axe et en faisant attention àque le flasque ainsi que leroulement entrent correcte-ment dans leur emplacement,visser l'écrou sur le tirant afinque le flasque avant de l'alter-nateur vienne s'appuyer auflasque du moteur et le roule-ment entrera totalement dansson propre siège (fig. 4).

Fixer le flasque de l'alter-nateur au flasque du mo-teur avec des vis M10(couple de serrage 35Nm). Enlever l'écrou, larondelle et le tirant. Vérifierle positionnement correctdu roulement. Remonter lagrille arrière (fig. 5).

MECHANICALCOUPLING (MD35)Withdraw the rotor and re-move the rear grid (fig. 1).

Line up the rotor with theflywheel of the engine.Make sure the holes of theflywheel and those of therotor are aligned and thenfix with M8 screws(tightening torque 21Nm).Fix a M10 tie rod 80mmlong to the rear part of theshaft (fig. 2).

Offer up the fixed part of themachine to the flange of theengine pushing it into therotor (fig. 3).

Fit a washer with a diame-ter of 70mm at least andwith a central hole of 10,5mm on the shaft tie rod,followed by a M10 nut.Keeping the fixed part asmuch as possible alignedto the centre line, makesure that both the flangeand the bearing are seatedcorrectly, then turn the nuton the tie rod until the alter-nator drive end bracket fitsinto the engine flange andthe bearing moves fullyhome (fig. 4).

Fix the flange of the alter-nator to the flange of theengine with M10 screws(tightening torque 35 Nm).Remove the nut the washerand the tie rod. Check thatthe bearing is correctly po-sitioned, mount the reargrid (fig. 5).

ACCOPPIAMENTOMECCANICO (MD35)Sfilare la parte rotante etogliere la griglia posteriore(fig. 1).

Accostare la parte rotantedella macchina al volanodel motore; avvitare laparte rotante con viti M8(coppia di serraggio21Nm), facendo coinciderei fori del volano con le viti.Fissare un tirante M10 dilunghezza minima almenodi 80mm nella parte poste-riore dell’albero (fig. 2).

Accostare la parte fissadella macchina alla flangiadel motore facendo entraredentro la parte rotante (fig.3).

Infilare una rondella(almeno φ 70mm e forocentrale φ 10,5mm) sul ti-rante dell’albero e avvitaredi seguito un dado M10.Tenendo il piu’ possibile laparte fissa in asse, facendoattenzione che sia la flan-gia che il cuscinetto entrinocorrettamente nella lorosede, avvitare il dado sultirante affinchè il coperchioanteriore dell’alternatoreandrà ad appoggiarsi allaflangia del motore e il cu-scinetto entrerà totalmentenella propria sede (fig. 4).

Fissare la flangia dell’alter-natore alla flangia del mo-tore con viti M10 (coppia diserraggio 35Nm). Togliereil dado, la rondella e il ti-rante. Verificare il corrrettoposizionamento del cusci-netto; rimontare la grigliaposteriore (fig. 5).

Bringen Sie den feststehendenTeil des Generators mit denFlansch desAntriebsmotors durch drückenin den Rotor zusammen (Fig.3).

Befestigen Sie eine Unterleg-scheibe mit 70mm Durchmes-ser und einer Lochgrösse von10,5mm gefolgt von einer M10Mutter auf die Zugstange. hal-ten Sie den feststehenden Teilmöglichst ausgerichtet an derMittellinie, stellen Sie sicher.dass beide Teile, sowohl Flan-sch als auch Lager korrekt sit-zen., Drehen Sie nun die M10Mutter auf der Zugstange bisder antriebsseitige Flansch desGenerators passend am flan-sch der Antriebsmotors sitztund das Lager einwandfrei läuft(Fig. 4).

Befestigen Sie den Generator-flansch mit M10 Schrauben(Drehmoment 35Nm) am flan-sch des Antriebsmotors. Entfer-nen Sie die Mutter, die Unter-legscheibe und die Zugstange.Überprüfen Sie die Position desLagers, montieren sie das hin-tere Gitter (Fig. 5).

IMPORTANZADELLA VELOCITA’La frequenza e la ten-sione dipendono diret-tamente dalla velocitàdi rotazione; è perciònecessario che siamantenuta il più possi-bile costante al suovalore nominale conqualsiasi carico. Il si-stema di regolazionedella velocità dei mo-tori di trascinamentopresenta in generaleuna leggera caduta divelocità tra vuoto e ca-rico; è perciò racco-mandabile regolare lavelocità a vuoto di un3÷4% superiore allavelocità nominale, peravere a pieno carico ilvalore nominale.

VERIFICA DELLATENSIONETutte le macchine ven-gono tarate in fase dicollaudo; pertanto sela tensione dovesse ri-sultare diversa dai datidi targa, dipendera’ dauna lettura errata o dauna diversa velocita’ dirotazione.

VERIFICADEI DIODISe si usa l’ohmetro sidovrà verificare cheogni singolo diodo diacontinuità in un solosenso. Oppure, conuna pila ed una lampa-dina, invertendo la po-larità della pila si avràl’accensione dellalampada in un solosenso.

PUESTA IN SERVICIOEn la puesta in servi-cio asegurarse que laaberturas de aspira-cion y descarga delaire de refrigeracionse encuentren siem-pre libres de obstacu-los.

IMPORTANCIA DELA VELOCIDADLa frecuencia y la ten-sion dependen de lavelocidad de rotacion.Esta debe ser manta-nida lo mas constanteposible en su valor no-minal sea cual sea.Generalmente el si-stema de regulacionde los motore termicoses tal que exsiste unadiferencia de veloci-dad entre vacio ycarga. Recomenda-mos regular la veloci-dad sin carga a un3÷4% por encima dela velocidad nominal,por hacer a pienocarga la velocidad.

VERIFICATION DELA TENSIONTodas las máquinassalen ajustadas de fá-brica. Si la tensiónleida difiere de la queestá marcada en laplaca de característi-cas, ésto puede serdebido a un error delectura o bien a unavelocidad de rotaciónerronea. Ajustar la ve-locidad nominal.

VERIFICATION DELOS DIODOSSi se usa un ohmetro sedebera verificar que cadadiodo individualmentemuestre continuidad enun solo sentido. Tambiènpuede hacerse con unapila y una lamparita invir-tiendo la polaridad de lapila se obtendrà la ilumi-naciòn de la làmpara enun solo sentido.

PROFUNG DERDIODENMit einem Ohmmeter(Widerstandsmebgerät) wird jede Diode da-raufhin überprüft. obDurchlab nur in einerLampe und einer Bat-terie: Die Lampe solltenur in einer Polungsri-chtung der Batterieaufleuchten.

IMPORTANCE DELA VITESSELa fréquence et la ten-sion dépendent de lavitesse de rotation.Celle-ci doit étre main-tenue la plus con-stante possible, quel-quesoit la charge. DIODECHECK-UPIf the ohmmeter isused each diode willbe tested for continuityin only one direction.Otherwise, the testcan be done with abattery and a smalllamp and by invertingthe battery polarity thelamp will light up inone direction only.

AMecc alte garantiza la buenaconstruccion y calidad de losproprios productos por 24 me-ses desde la fecha de salidade sus fabricas o de sus filia-les.

BDurante disho periodo la MeccAlte se obliga a reparar o susti-tuir a su cargo, en su estableci-miento todas acquallas piezasque hubieran sido averiadas,sin hacerse cargo de otro tipode danos, directos o indirec-tos.

CLa decision acerca del recono-cimiento de garantia esta re-servada exclusivamente a laMecc Alte, previo examen delas partes averiadas que de-beran permanecer en puertofranco o en su propia sede deVicenza.DTodos los eventuales gastosde transporte, viaje, transferen-cia o mano de obra, para eldesmontaje y nuevo montaje,del alternador o elemento ac-cionante seran siempre acargo del usuario.

ELa garantia caduca si duranteel periodo descrito se produje-ran las siguientes anomalias:

1almacenaje en lugar inade-cuado;

2reparacion o modificacion porpersonal no autorizado porMecc Alte;

3utilizacion o condiciones demanuntencion que contraven-gan las normas establecidaspor Mecc Alte;

4sobrecarga o empleo en pre-staciones distintas de aquellaspara las que ha estado sumini-strado.

La garantia cesa igualmenteen el momento que el clientesea moroso de pago, cual-quiera que sea la razon.

ADie Firma Mecc Alte gibt 24Monate Garantie ab dem Zeit-punkt der Auslieferung vomStammhaus oder einer ihrerFilialen auf die einwandfreieKonstruktion und Qualität ihrerGeneratoren.BWahrend der genannten Pe-riode repariert oder ersetztMecc Alte zu seinen Kostenalle fehlerhaften Teile, ohneRucksicht ob direkt oder indi-rekt.

CMecc Alte behält sich das Re-cht vor, die fehlerhaften Teilefrei Mecc Alte Vicenza zurück-zufordern, zur Schadensunter-suchung

DAlle eventuellen Kosten wieTransport, Fahrtkosten, Arbeit-slohn für De-und Montagegehen zu Lasten des Kunden.

EDie Garantie in O.A. Zeit wirdfur nachstehende Faktorenausgeschlossen:

1nicht korrekte Lagerung;

2Reparatur oder Mode-fizierungdurch nicht von Mecc Alte au-torisiertem Personal;

3Gebrauch oder Einsatz beiKonditionen die nicht der Normvon Mecc Alte entsprechen;

4Überlast Gebrauch oder Mon-tage anders als wofür das Pro-dukt bestimmt ist.

Die Garantie erlischt auch,wenn aus welchen Grundenauch immer, der Kunde in Za-hlung überfällig ist.

ALa société Mecc Alte garantit labonne construction et qualitéde ses produits pour une du-rée de 24 mois à compter de ladate d'expédition de ses usi-nes de fabrication ou filiales.

BDurant la période indiquée,Mecc Alte s’engage à réparerou à remplacer (à prix équiva-lent) dans la société, la partiequi serait endommagée sanstoutefois être tenue de prendreen considération les frais di-rects ou indirects.

CLa décision sur la prise encharge ou non de la garantieest réservée exclusivement àMecc Alte sur examen préala-ble des pièces endommagéesqui devront parvenir en portFranco à l’usine de Vicenza.

DTout les éventuels frais devoyage, transfert, transport,main d’oeuvre pour le démon-tage de l’alternateur sonttoujours à la charge de l’utilisa-teur.

ELa garantie ne s’applique passi durant la période indiquée ily a:

1emmagasinement dans un lo-cal non adapté;

2réparations ou modificationspersonnelles non autoriséespar Mecc Alte;

3usage et manutentions nonconformes aux normes éta-blies par Mecc Alte;

4surcharges et emplois des fon-ctions différentes de cellespour lequel ils sont fournis.

Il est bien évident que la garan-tie ne s’applique que sur lematériel payé en totalité.

WARRANTY

AMecc Alte warrants the goodmanufacture and quality of allits products for 24 months,starting from the time of ship-ment from our factories or ourbranches.

BDuring said period Mecc Alteobliges to repair replace at itscost, at its works, all thoseparts which failed without anyother liability of any type, director indirect.

CThe decision for warranty ap-proval is Mecc Alte’s exclusiveright and subject to a previousexamination of the failed partswhich are to be forwarded fobMecc Alte Italy for analysis.

DAll the eventual expenses con-cerning travel, board, transport,and labour for assembly/disas-sembly of alternator from thedrive unit are always at theuser’s charge.

EThe warranty shall be void ifduring the above describedperiod the following anomaliesshould occur:1inadeguate storage;

2repair or modification byunauthorized personnel;

3use or maintenance conditionswhich do not conform whithnorms established by MeccAlte;

4overload or application otherthan what the product was me-ant for.

Warranty coverage also expi-res whenever the client, forwhatever reason, is late in pay-ment.

CLa decisione sul rico-noscimento o meno della ga-ranzia e’ riservata esclusiva-mente alla Mecc Alte previoesame delle parti avariate chedovranno pervenire in portofranco, alla sua sede di Vi-cenza.DTutte le eventuali spese diviaggio, trasferta, trasporto,mano d’opera per lo smontag-gio e rimontaggio dell’alterna-tore dall‘apparecchiatura azio-nante sono sempre a caricodell’utente.

ELa garanzia decade se du-rante il periodo predetto, i pro-dotti fossero:

1immagazzinati in luogo nonadatto;

2riparati o modificati da perso-nale non autorizzato dallaMecc Alte;

3usati o sottoposti a manuten-zione non in base alle normestabilite dalla Mecc Alte;

4sovraccaricati o impiegati inprestazioni diverse da quelleper le quali sono stati forniti.

La garanzia cessa comunquequalora il cliente fosse inadem-piente nei pagamenti per qua-lunque ragione.
