Security

Making documents and industrial products secure

IBSF creates special security solutions for :

l all types of identity documents : passports, vehicle registration documents, driving licences...

l industrial products : cement sacks, containers for milk, water, alcohol, and clothing…

which can then immediately be authenticated.

This process avoids fraud and falsification and guarantees internal and external traceability for products by combining security elements with a computerised monitoring system.

Visual authentication is made by a new and innovative optic recognition process using holographs.

Variable or personal data are covered by a transparent film making any attempt to falsify information result in rendering the document completely useless.

This type of film is already used to protect electronic pass-ports and identity cards for a number of major countries.

Holographic security labels are not reusable, cannot be moved, will auto destruct when even partially removed, and, therefore, provide excellent product ratification and authentication.

IBSF has substantial experience in this security business, particularly with :

l Electoral rolls and voting identity cards in Cameroon

l Badges for the army in the Ivory Coast

l Sacks for a cement factory (22 million labels a year)
