These fittings have professional, roador flood asymmetric optics; arms thatextend horizontally; and a range ofdischarge lamps that allow one tochoose the most appropriatechromatic yield for each context.These top-performance fittings were

especially designed for lighting roadsand large open areas for public andprivate use. The iRoad optics haveundergone a special treatment makingthem resistant to atmospheric agentswhile maintaining their operationscapabilities.

• Direct lighting system, for use withmetal and sodium halide lamps.

• Installed on a pole or wall-mounted.• The fixture has the following major

components: optical assembly, pole,overhanging arm (single or double),intermediate arm, and wall-mountattachment.

• Optical assembly and frame inaluminium alloy, with dual chromiumplating, followed by passivationheat treatment at 120° C, acrylicRAL 9007 paint finish. Sodium-calcium tempered sealing glasswith customized silk-screening.The frame is fastened to the opticalassembly with two stainless steelcaptive screws and a hinge systemthat allows it to be easily opened. 99,5% ultrapure aluminiumreflector, 5-6 micron doublehigh-bright finish, with an anodizingtreatment. Vertical orientation witha graduated scale. Reflector groupsecured with captive screws.Porcelain lamp holder securedwith anodized aluminium supportsand cables with quick-connectingterminals. The lamp is equippedwith an anti-loosening device.

• When opening the optical assemblythe decompression valve eliminatesthe internal depression.

• Pull-out control gear plate made ofanodized aluminium. Power supplywith ballast, non-explosive powerfactor correction capacitor,quick-connecting terminals.A disconnecting switch withfuse is available upon request.

• Double insulation and readyfor Class I grounding

• Thanks to the adjustability of theoptical assembly, there is no lightdispersion into the upperhemisphere above this luminaire.

• All external screws are stainlesssteel. AISI 304.

• Pole is equipped with a singleor a double arm. To be orderedseparately.

• Arms for wall-mounting, or forintermediate installation on poleswith D=159mm, made of die-castaluminium and galvanized steelsheet, with a liquid RAL 9007acrylic paint treatment.

• The technical characteristics of thefitting comply with EN60598-1standard.

• Supplied in versions with a base-plate and for cementing directlyinto the ground. Available in thefollowing lengths 6 m, 8 m and10 m (length includes arm).

• Poles made of EN10025-S235JRhot galvanized 70 micron steel incompliance with UNI EN ISO 1461(EN 40-5) standards.

• Texturised RAL 9005 powder-coating paint surface finish.

• The pole has a cylindrical crosssection with a 159 mm diameter

• A metallic galvanized steel plate issecured to the upper portion of thepole. It has holes for the fasteningof the arms. At about 4 m aboveground, there are two perforationsand stainless steel inserts thatsecure the intermediate arm.

• The h=6/8m above the ground is 3m thick; the 10m above theground pole is 4 mm thick

• The model that can be cementedinto the ground has a cable slot thatis 150x50mm.

• Anchoring plate is made of 70micron hot galvanized steel, and has4 slots. The plate has tie rods thatsecure it to the ground (to beordered separately).

• Flush 310x95mm access covermade of aluminium alloy and hasa watertight gasket.

• 4-pole terminal block with threeconnections per each pole anddouble integrated fuse; designedfor 16mm2 feed cables and 2,5mm2

exit cables that connect the lamp.• Suitable for terminal blocks that are

Italian, French, Spanish (only small),and English (with B944 marine gradeplywood adapter that can be orderedseparately), and German/Swiss(with B943 DIN guide that canbe ordered separately).

• Internal grounding system withgrounding lug, steel insert, andstainless steel screw.

• Equipped with single or double arm,with respective lengths of 1450mmand 2800mm. The vertical part ofthe arm is made of 100x20mm steelprofile. The horizontal part of thearm is made of steel sheet with hotgalvanized cover. Texturized RAL9007 acrylic paint surface treatment.

• Arms secured to pole via 4 M10UNI5931 AISI 304 stainless steelscrews.
