History 

• Mobilink GSM , a subsidiary of Orascom Telecom, was

awarded a license in July, 1992 and started its operations in

1994

• Extensive network coverage in more than 5,000 cities

including International Roaming in 110 countries through 300

partner operators.

• Head office is located at KULSUM Plaza, blue area,

Islamabad

• There are about 2000-2500 customers service centers all

over Pakistan.

The Quality Assurance Manager will provide general supervision and

technical guidance to the QA Staff in the analysis, design, testing, and

deployment of all applications.

Conclusion

To conclude Mobilink has a strong human resource

management system. That is the reason we didn’t found

much discrepancies in what management says, what

policies state and what employees say. 90 % of the times

they were same. There are some minor discrepancies but

they are adjustable with little effort.
