Zbog procesa decentralizacije, smart (“pametna”) kontrola je sada prioritetan zahtev za većinu toplana. Zahvaljujući aktuatorima sa integrisanim upravljanjem, moguće je daljinsko dijagnostikovanje. Zato ovo saznanje može biti efektno upotrebljeno na početku održavanja.

Because of process decentralization, smart control is now a priority demand for most district heating plants. Thanks to actuators with integrated controls, remote diagnosis is possible. Hence this knowledge can be effectively used at the outset in maintenance cases.

CM SERIJA SMART i KOMPAKTPotražnja za aktuatorima sa integrisanim upravljanjem, naročito na instalacijama sa ograničenim prostorom, vrlo je česta kod naših klijenata i zato je bila osnov za razvoj ove proizvodne serije.

Korišćenjem inovativnog prenosnika i tehnologije motora, SCHIEBEL je uspeo da razvije kompaktni višeokretni aktuator sa integrisanim upravljanjem. Korišćenjenjem novih materijala znatno smo smanjili težinu kompletnog proizvoda.

CM SERIES – SMART AND COMPACTThe desire for actuators with integrated controls, especially for installa-tions with limited space, has been expressed repeatedly by our custo-mers and was thus the basis for the development of this product series. By employing innovative gearing and motor technology, SCHIEBEL succeeded in developing a compact multi-turn actuator with integrated controls. By using new materials, it was also possible to cut down on the weight considerably..

SMARTCON – THE 2ND GENERATIONIn the development of the first generation of SMARTCON controls, the focus was on combining the aspects of safety, user friendliness, flexibility, and reliability. These factors were also of key importance in optimization for SCHIEBEL, and the SMARTCON 2.0 now comes with the following new features:

Kao inovativna kompanija, SCHIEBEL je iskoristio novouvedeni Bluetooth interface i razvio je svoju aplikaciju sa kojom je sada moguća daljinska kontrola aktuatora. SCHIEBEL je tako napravio još jedan korak napred u pogledu tehnologije, zadovoljstva klijenata i inovacija.

SCHIEBEL-ova android aplikacija za SMARTCON pokriva dve ključne oblasti:

1. Parameterizacija aktuatora u off-line modu kao i prijem i slanje podataka smeštenih u kontroli;

2. Lokalna kontrola aktuatora preko Bluetooth interface-a. Otvaranje i zatvaranje kao i postavljanje zaustavnih pozicija može se postići bez dodatnog podešavanja mehanizma.

Sa mogućnošću slanja operativnih i konfigurativnih podataka za online dijagnostiku proizvođača, SCHIEBEL je napravio veliki korak napred na polju daljinskog održavanja. Sada je moguće preventivno održavanje kao i brza popravka kvarova.

SCHIEBEL FOR SMARTPHONES AND TABLETS

As an innovative company, SCHIEBEL took advantage of the newly introduced Bluetooth interface and developed its own application with which remote control of actuators is now possible. SCHIEBEL has thus made another step forward in terms of technology, customer satisfaction, and innovation.

SCHIEBEL’s android application for SMARTCON covers two key areas:

1. Parameterization of the actuator in the offline mode as well as importing and exporting all of the data stored in the control;

2. Local control of the actuator via the Bluetooth interface. Opening and closing as well as setting the stop positions can be accomplished without an additional adjustment mechanism.

With the possibility of sending operation and configuration data for online diagnosis to the manufacturer, SCHIEBEL has made a big step forward in the field of remote maintenance. Preventive maintenance as well as swift remedying of malfunctions are now possible.

Sa stanovišta procesa opšte proizvodnje, sigurnosni aktuatori predstavljanju najveći izazov za SCHIEBEL. Najveća odgovornost, pouzdanost i fleksibilnost dolaze zajedno do izražaju u pravljenju ovih aktuatora. Tehnologija se zasniva na električnom aktuatoru sa funkcijom čiste mehaničke bezbednosti. U slučaju nestanka struje ili uključivanja bezbednosne funkcije, aktuator prelazi u ranije postavljen položaj tako da ne postoji opasnost za ljude ili okolinu.

Pozivajući se na eksternu FMEDA analizu (Analiza modusa kvarova, efekata i dijagnostičke pokrivenosti), sigurnosni aktuator dostiže SIL 3 (integrativni bezbednosni nivo 3).

Sigurnosni aktuatori su uglavnom prilagođeni zahtevima klijenata u pogledu sile pritiskanja (operativni obrtni momenat), dužini putovanja i karakteristikama vremena pozicioniranja prilikom normalnog ili sigurnosnog rada.

FS SERIES – INNOVATIVE AND SAFE

From the overall production process standpoint, Failsafe actuators represent a major challenge for SCHIEBEL. Greatest responsibility, reliability, and flexibility come together in the making of these actuators. The technology is based on an electric actuator with a purely mechanical safety function. In the event of a power outage or triggering of the safety function, the actuator moves into a preset position so that no hazards are posed to humans or to our environment.

According to an externally-conducted FMEDA (Failure Modes, Effects and Diagnostic Coverage Analysis), the Failsafe actuator achieves a safety integrity level of 3.

Failsafe actuators are generally adapted to customer requirements in terms of actuating force (operating torque) and positioning time characteristics in normal and failsafe operation.
