Immigration services We can assist you, to deploy your international assignees and workforce in Namibia through effective immigration

planning and compliance services. We can also assist your international assignees’ spouse and/or dependants to

enter Namibia on the relevant immigration documents.

Our immigration services include the following:

Business Visa applications;

Work Visa (3 months) applications;

Work Permit (2 years) applications;

Study Permit applications; and

Permanent Residence Permit applications

Business Visa Any person who intends to enter in Namibia for the purpose of business prospects or attendance of any business activity (excluding productive work for which remuneration is received), is required to apply for a valid business visa prior to entering the country. This visa is valid for a period not exceeding 90 days per annum. Nationals from the certain countries that have Visa Abolition Agreements are exempt from the application and payment of business visa fees. Please contact us for a list of these countries, if required.

Work Visa Any person who intends to enter Namibia for the purpose of employment or conducting a business or carrying on a profession or occupation for 3 months or less, is required to have a valid work visa prior to entering the country.

The work visa is valid for a period not exceeding 3 consecutive months and can be granted on single or multiple

entry as motivated by the applicant.

Work Permit Any person who intends to enter or reside in Namibia for the purpose of employment or conducting a business or carrying on a profession or occupation for a duration/period of stay that will exceed a period of 3 months, is required to have a valid employment (work) permit prior to entering the country. The maximum duration of stay for an employment (work) permit in Namibia shall not exceed 24 consecutive months

from date of issue.

Study Permit Any person who intends to enter or reside in Namibia for the purpose of study, is required to have a valid study per-

mit prior to entering the country. The maximum duration of stay for a study permit in Namibia shall not exceed 12 -

24 consecutive months from date of issue, depending on the duration of the study programme.

Permanent Residence Permit Any person who intends to enter or reside in Namibia for the purpose of permanent residency, is required to have a

valid permanent residence permit prior to entering the country.
