Important notes to be informed to BI teachers for LBI : 1. Saringan for each pupils i. can be repeated twice..not too much as it will pressure pupils and teachers, at the end its data will not valid. ii. Always analyse the questions before you start…to prepare whether you need teaching aids to help pupils.(especially pictures/wordcards) ii. For year 2, before you do screenings, always check students’ previous data whether they are LINUS or already mainstream as these group shouldn’t be downgraded. iii. Teachers must always have their ‘Manual Pentadbiran Instrumen’ while doing screening as a guidance on how to guide pupils for each item ,because from there they will know what kind of questions/help they can give to pupils. iv. Lesson plan still do as usual even during the period of screening . Do not just write ‘saringan’ for the whole lesson plan during the screening period.Setiap RPH mesti ada menyatakan objektif,aktiviti,refleksi untuk kssr & LINUS… (maksudnya semasa saringan,bahagian LINUS boleh ditulis contohnya Objektif:menyaring seorang atau 2 orang murid, aktiviti: konstruk 3-8 , dan juga refleksi.. ,saringan dalam kelas boleh dibuat semasa murid lain buat latihan…. 2. Lesson Plan , 2 in 1 i. must have one theme, but two different objectives, activities and reflection (mainstream&LINUS kids). (rujuk contoh rph LBI) LINUS according to Module. Perancangan dan persediaan PdP guru mesti berdasarkan tahap penguasaan murid mengikut konstruk. ii. ……maksudnya,mengajar seperti biasa dulu (KSSR) secara kelas,kemudian baru mengajar murid LINUS. Contohnya, jika ada masa satu jam, mengajar dulu kira kira 30 minit atau lebih,baki masa kemudian beri latihan kepada murid perdana.Murid LINUS kemudian boleh dikumpul satu kumpulan dan diajar mengikut modul/aras konstruk yang tidak dikuasai. Tidak ada time limit untuk mengajar pdp,maksudnya tidak semestinya 30 atau 40 minit mengajar,terpulang kepada kesesuaian pengajaran guru sendiri,namun perlu ada pengajaran LINUS selepas pengajaran KSSR tadi. ii. Jika murid dalam kelas semuanya sudah menguasai atau tiada LINUS, RPH bolehlah seperti biasa. Namun Modul yang ada boleh digunakan sebagai sumber tambahan.

3. Module : i. Module Book 1, for year 1. However year 2 can also use it as additional materials. For

year 1,can start using module and the 2 in 1 Lesson Plan ,after the first screening.ii. Module Book 2, for year 2. At the moment, only have softcopy. Make sure teacher have

it and use it while waiting for hardcopy. Module for year 2, can be used after Saringan 1, for LINUS kids, BUT it is better for Teacher to start using the module from the beginning referring to LINUS data from year 1.- still, teacher can simplify the module (adapt & adopt), not necessary to use 100% from the module.

iii. If module not enough, schools to make copies.iii. Teacher can pick & choose suitable units from the module.

4. Intervention plan: i. Teachers must know from saringan 1, what construct he/she wants the students to

master for the next saringan 2. So, teachers should plan something for the students/focus on what/ during period.

ii. If there is any extra class/face to face meeting/guidance with students after school session , it is better to have evidence. e.g attendance.The evidence should be verified by GB/PK at least once a month.

5. APDM : Inform Guru Data/Guru Kelas ,always update APDM before pengisian data starts (pastikan murid yang telah berpindah tiada lagi/dipadam dalam APDM jika sudah ada surat) .

6. Buku aktiviti – Bagi murid yang tidak menguasai terutama yang baru menguasai K1-K2, mungkin mereka tidak dapat membuat latihan dalam buku aktiviti..Jadi, guru boleh menandakan/menulis di buku aktiviti murid itu dia K1-K2 dan ada disediakan latihan lain.
