1. DIKTI – DAAD DIKTI provides funding for in-country German language

training at Goethe Institute in JakartaDAAD provides scholarships for Indonesian lecturers to

pursue graduate degrees in Germany

2. Indonesia-Germany Debt-Swap Program DIKTI scholarship recipients studying in Germany as

portion of Indonesian debt payment
