Inquiry There are a few examples of different inquiry cycles on your table. As a group, we would like you to view and discuss them with the following questions to guide your group. Please have a scribe for your group and add the notes from your discussion to this shared document.

1. Are there any patterns in the cycles? What do these different inquiry cycles have in common?

2. Does your team already use one of these to inform your planning? Has your team developed their own? How do you avoid using it as a recipe?

3. If an inquiry cycle is displayed in your classroom, how is it referred to or analyzed with students?

4. What sort of things do we need to have in place to ensure that inquiry is informing our planning and teaching consistently throughout the ES?
