SALE OF ONE FORKLIFTGeneral Information: Sealed bids will be received by the City of Goodland for the SALE of one FORKLIFT. All bids must be received in the City Manager’s offi ce on or before Wednesday, November 14, 2007, by 10:00 a.m. MST. All bids should be marked, “FORK-LIFT”, on the outside of the envelope. The bids will be opened for review in the offi ce of the City Manager at 11:00 a.m. MST on Wednesday, November 14, 2007. Bid award will take place the following Monday, Novem-ber 19, 2007, at the regularly scheduled Commission Meeting. Payment for this vehicle shall be made in lump sum upon delivery of the equipment, and approval of the City Man-ager and City Commission. The City of Goodland reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids for any reason deemed necessary. Any ques-tions concerning this bid will be forwarded to the City Manager during regular business hours at 785-890-4500. Bid information can be pickup at the City Offi ces.
