Insertupto6photos:pressonthecameraicon.Youcan:

Toadjust thebrightness:during thenext step,yourpicturescanbe lightenedordarkenedby

movingthecursor.Then,pressonthearrowicontovalidateandtogoonto/tomoveontothe

nextstage.

Todeleteapicture:pressonthethumbnailofthepicture,thenchoosetheoptionDelete.

To duplicate a picture: press on the thumbnail of the picture, then choose the option

Duplicate.

Tomoveontothenextstage,pressonthearrowattherightofthescreen.

5. Damages

This application aims at help you to notify the works

problem: so you are going to notify damages. Add a

damagebypressingAddnewdamagesatthebottomof

thescreen.

6. Selectionofamaterial

Chooseamaterialinthepreconceivedlist.

7. Creationofanewmaterial

CreateamissingmaterialbypressingAddnewmaterialatthebottomofthescreen.Enterthe

materials name then press Ok. You are back on thematerials list, the new one appears in

alphabetical order. Standard damages are automatically created

forthisnewmaterial.

Toduplicateamaterial:clickonapreexistingmaterial,choosetheoptionDuplicateand

changethename.ValidatebypressingonDuplicatewithnewname.

Youllhaveautomaticallythedamagesthatareassociatedtotheoriginalmaterial.Forinstance,if

youcreateshelffromthematerialstoneyouwonthavetoenterdamagesasblackcrusts,

flacking,etc

8. Selectionofadamage

Chooseadamageinthepreconceivedlist:youjusthavetopress

onthenameofthedamage.

9. Modifythenameandcolourofadamage

The name and the colour of a damage can be changed: press i then change the name and

choosethecolour.PressOkorCancel.

Weadviseyoutoselectacolourthatisdistinguishedfromthematerial.

10. Addanewdamage

Create a missing damage: select a material, then, in the list of

damages,pressAddnewdamages.Enteritsnameandchooseits

color. Press Ok to validate or Cancel. You will be back to the

damages list.Yournewdamagewill appear inalphabeticalorder

inthedamageslist.

As regards lists of damages that are divided in two sections,

structure and surface, you have two options Add new

structure and Add new

surface at the bottom of

eachsection.

11. Drawdamages

Draw damages on pictures with the 3 drawing tools: free line, closed area, rectangle. A tool

appears in redwhen it is used. If you change your tool, a popup appears at the bottomof the

screentoremindyouaboutthedamagethatyouareannotating.Press"Nexttogoonto/tomove

ontothenextstage.Youcanzoomonthepicture(withyourfingers)butdontforgettounselect

yourdrawingtool,bypressingonit.

Todeleteadamage:unselectthedrawingtool,selectthedamageandclickonthetrashcanicon!

Whenadamageisentered,thebuttonReviewalldamagesappearsandyoucanseepictures

withannotationsandhaveatrashcantodeleteannotations.

12. Commentsandzooms

Putyourcommentsinthefreetextbox(diagnosis,description,etc

...). The closeups correspond to the annotated areas; they are

automaticallyextractedfromthetracingofdamages.Thequality

of these closeups depends on the definition of the picture. You

can choose to include themornot in the final PDF:unselect the

boxes one by one or press "Unselect all".

Clickonthetrashcanicontodeletetheannotationofthedamage.

OnthepageReviewdamagesPressonaMaterial:Damage"to

deletealldamagesofthistypedrawnonthestatement/tracing.

15. Sendingreportorholding

Youhavethreeoptions:

"Finalize Later" to return to the home page: the report is saved and can be edited later

"Preview Report" enable you to view the document, check informations and layout

(recommended)

"Validate and send report" enable you to send the reportby email (inPDF)or share it on an

online platform.Nevertheless, youwont be able tomodify it later. If you choose this option, a

menuappears:

- Viewreport:youcanreadyourreport

- Send report: you can send your report by email, to software, on online platforms.

Theseappdependonyourphone.Ifyouchoosetosenditbyemail,HorusCondition

Reportputautomaticallythetitleofthereport:youjusthavetowritetherecipient.

- Viewextract:youhaveaPDF file includingexclusivelypictureswithannotationsof

damages and its comments: the first and last pages of the report are excluded. This

button is to use in the case of a sanitary assessment, if the identification data are

preparedfrommanagementorcollectionsoftwareorforarestorationreport

- sendextract:youcansendtheextractthatisdescribedabove/overhead

- ExportannotatedphotostoGallery:thepicturesandtheirannotationsaresavedin

thegalleryofyourphone

- Cancel:youarebacktoHomepage.Yourreportissaved.

OntheHomepage,ifyoupressonafinishedreport,youcan:

- delete it: you remove a report from the app.We recommend you to send or to save

yourreportsonanexternalharddrive.HorusConditionReportisnotabletoaccessto

yourreports:wearenotinchargeofthesafeguardingofyourdata.

- duplicateit:youcreateacopythatcanbeedited.Alltheinformationarekeptandyou

canbringcorrections.Itenablesyoutodoasecondreportonasamework,forinstance

inthecaseofatransportationofanartwork.

16. Choosealanguage

Press Change language to create a report in English, Spanish, German, Italian. Preconceived

materials and damages appear in the selected language. It will be traduced in an unfinished

report.Youbeneficiateofhelptobesureofbeingunderstood!
