From doing research on tea, I found some alternative uses of tea such as using tea to dye hair.

After finding out this information, a hairdresser agreed to do an interview with us surrounding the use of tea as a hair dye.

• Today we conducted our interview with the hairdresser. We did this in her home environment, and so we couldn’t film cutaways.

• We used a studio light for this interview as the room was dark.

• We got an interview with a dietician, as we wanted to weigh up the health benefits of tea and to see if it can cause us any damage.

• The questions that we wanted to ask the dietician are on the following slide:

diet in an attempt to improve the way they feel or rid them from a disease?

• Is it more often that you advise people to drink more tea or more often that you advise them to drink less?

• Is it true that tea can help protect the body against cardiovascular disease?

Interview With Dietician (2/11/2012)

• Today we did the interview with the dietician, the interview took place in a consulting room in the doctors surgery, and so there was enough natural light being let in so we didn't need to sue the studio light.
