ERPERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) in principle is a system application designed with the primary objective of enabling the integrationintegration of various activities or functions within a company.What benefits can be achieved with 'integration''integration'?

All company departments share and subscribe to the same data set. (for example: customer and supplier list, stock position, financial data, etc.

Sales transaction will automatically trigger a debit of Account Receivable (AR), vice versa purchase transaction shall trigger a credit on the Account Payable (AP).

Production output will automatically be reflected in the inventory position (incl. Work-In-Progress and Finished Goods).

Stock transaction or journal can be used as basis for stock or inventory valuation (using various valuation methods).

Customer interaction points (for example, sales, complaint handling, customer service, etc.) will be recorded and associated with the customer.

And so forth...
