Rajamäki is located about 40 kilometres north from Helsinki, which is the capital of Finland. Rajamäki is very small and quiet place, actually “a village” in county named Nurmijärvi.

This is our school. It’s pretty big and you may get lost when you are a newcomer .

Many people have moved to Rajamäki from other parts of Finland. At the moment here lives about 5000 inhabitants. There live about 1 million people in our metropolitan area, on fifth of all the population of Finland.

Between the lessons we usually have a 15 minutes break. At 7th grade we have 40 minutes to have lunch, at 8th grade we have 30 minutes to do it.

Our school year splits in five periods. Each period lasts about two months. Periods aren't similar. We can choose some subjects in the 8th and 9th grades.

We have some lessons in our 2 computer-classes - which is very good.

We have one special voluntary subject in the 9th grade, that's Japanese.
