• Upload a file, e.g. photo
• Write reflective journal entry
• Publish reflective journal entry to gateway. Select the gateway for this course.

• Tags are keywords you associate with assets
• Always tag assets to assist with searching
• To create a new tag:
–Select all tags from bottom of tag dropdown menu
–Add new tag name (or sub tag)
–Select create new tag icon

Sharing and permissions
• Assets can be shared with internal and external people from Send to>person
• Set permissions for sharee in second panel options
