Course Description This is not an off-the-shelf package, but a course written and designed by Sussex Safety to enable delegates to review their health, safety and clinical practices, and reduce risks to staff, patients / residents, as well as the organisation. The course covers the content of the original Managing Safely course, but updates delegates with changes which have taken place, as well as refreshing knowledge. Delegates are invited to write an action plan, based on the knowledge they gain, to implement following the course. It is an interactive course looking at risk management via recent legal cases, scenarios and a team quiz. This course is highly respected and valued, and recognised as best practice by the Health and Safety Executive, Care Quality Commission, as its aim is to reduce risks to people and the organisation.
