Established 2012 in the city of Accra, Ghana ISG Ltd. is an internationally operating investment management company that specializes in customized project financing exclusively for countries within the African continent. We are active in government projects as well as the private sector, within most industries and place equity and debt capital. ISG Ltd. is registered by the Chamber of Commerce in Accra, Ghana. MANAGEMENT Our management has more than 30 years of experience in the financial sector and possesses a good cultural business and political understanding of the 54 various countries and sub-cultures active on the African continent. Mr. Steven Tuinstra is the CEO to ISG Ltd. He has a European background and is originally from the Netherlands, but has worked and lived in various African countries for more than 15 years. Mr. Mike Tuinstra is the Commercial Finance Director of the company and operates from Europe, where he serves as the contact person for financier and investor relations.

MISSION ISG is on a mission where we envision a new Africa where we are all working together on the building of the continent, while we profit and benefit from each other. In this process we aim to create employment and reduce poverty through establishing lasting economies in its respective countries. Africa is rich on resources but requires outside capital to develop its business undertakings and succeed. PROJECTS ISG brings the financier/investor in contact with the promoters of our projects. The promoters are business executives, corporate bodies or governmental agencies. We finance the following

ISG – YOUR GUIDE TO AFRICAN INVESTMENTS

FINANCIER/INVESTOR We work with financial institutions, private equity companies, private investors, international banks and local banks worldwide to finance our projects in Africa for equity and debt financing. We have built a strong financial network and are continuously looking for new partnerships. ISG OFFICES • OFFICE WEST-AFRICA ISG Ltd. is headquartered in West-Africa and located in Lomé, Togo where we initiate our projects and receive our clients. We analyze projects, strengthen management, write business plans, make financial statements and projections and arrange official documentation. After a basic selection our investment manager has an interview with the promoter/entrepreneur at our office to screen the project. When the project matches our investment criteria we will add it to our portfolio. • OFFICE EUROPE Our European office located in Groningen, the Netherlands communicates with the financiers/investors who are interested to fund a project. Our West-African office sends the entire project file to our office in Europe. Here we send the whole file to the financier/investor with additional information on request. We will then establish contact accordingly to match the right project to the investment criteria of the financier/investor. We communicate via email and

phone and also make travel arrangements to visit the

financiers in their offices.

INVESTMENTS IN AFRICA Africa is reclaiming the world’s fastest-growing continent with its GDP expected to average towards over 6% a year between 2016 and 2023. This is in sharp contrast to established economies that either stagnate or shrink while other developing regions are slowing down. The continent is rich in land and minerals with many unexplored territories and big projects in virtually all industries for the coming years. Sub Saharan Africa, in particular, is set to reach a GDP of $29 trillion by 2050. ISG makes a selection of the most profitable projects on its social, innovative and economic criteria. We offer a minimal IRR of 30% and up for equity investments as well as attractive low risk debt loans.

COOPERATION WITH LOCAL BANKS ISG Ltd. is collaborating with local banks throughout the African continent concerning African private investor relations. As of 2016 ISG Ltd. has established a partnership with the CAL Bank in Ghana. We conclude Africa as the new frontier of capital investment.
