Day 1 – Johannesburg – Benguerra Island, Mozambique Today, you will take a Pelican Air flight from Johannesburg to Vilanculos for the beginning of your African Adventure. On arrival in Vilanculos you will be met by a representative from Benguerra Lodge and transferred to your hotel for four nights. Overnight: Benguerra Lodge www.benguerra.co.za We have booked you into a new and lovely Villa which is totally private. Comes with its own pool, sundeck and chef. Basically you will be completely isolated for the whole stay, or mix with the other guests during the day's activities, have lunch at the main lodge but enjoy private and romantic dinners in the evening. The rate includes all meals, teas/coffees, daily laundry as well as 1 snorkel trip, 1 land rover trip with picnic lunch & 1 dhow sunset cruise.

DAY 5 – Johannesburg Today you will transfer from Benguerra Lodge to Vilanculos Airport for your flight to Johannesburg. On arrival in Johannesburg you will be met by a Hills of Africa Travel representative and transferred to your hotel for one night’s stay. Overnight: Ten Bompas www.tenbompas.com

DAY 6 – Victoria Falls, Livingstone – The River Club Today you will be transferred to Johannesburg for your flight to Livingstone, Zambia. On arrival in Livingstone, you will be met by a representative from The River Club and transferred to your Zambian experience of a lifetime. The River Club is situated on the Zambian side of the Zambezi River, 18 kilometers upstream from Victoria Falls. It is set among the lush riverine vegetation and the camp has a distinct Edwardian flavor. Guests here can enjoy the sights and sounds of Victoria Falls and the Zambezi River in a peaceful and tranquil setting away from the crowds. Ten luxury thatched chalets accommodate a maximum of 20 people. The rooms overlook the Zambezi River, and have en suite facilities including a bath, shower, toilet and basin. DAY 7 – Victoria Falls, Livingstone – The River Club This morning we have arranged a half day white water rafting trip for you. You can then spend the afternoon viewing the Victoria Falls and even do an evening sunset river cruise.

DAY 8 – Okavango Delta, Kwetsani Today, The River Club will transfer you back to Livingstone Airport where you will take a short air transfer to Kasane Airport in Botswana to clear customs and continue your air transfer to Kwetsani Camp. Kwetsani Camp is a small, intimate, ten~bedded luxury camp and is raised on wooden decks above the lush ground vegetation. The five spacious and lavish "tree~house" chalets are built under thatched roofs and have canvas and pole walls. En suite facilities under thatch include a shower, flush toilet and basin, with an additional outdoor shower. The rooms have an open, airy feel about them, with a superb view of the surrounding plains. DAY 11: Okavango Delta, Mombo Camp

Today you will transfer by light aircraft from Kwetsani to Mombo.

Mombo Camp is situated on Mombo Island, adjoining the northern tip of Chief's Island, and is within the Moremi Game Reserve in the Okavango Delta in northern Botswana. The camp offers abundant big game viewing, arguably the best in Botswana. The highlights here are the concentrations of plains game and all the predators - including the big cats! Lion sightings are particularly good, along with leopard, large herds of buffalo, cheetah, wild dog, elephant, white and black rhino, hyena, giraffe, wildebeest and zebra. Mombo is built on an island that is surrounded by open floodplains. The camp is largely built in and around the shade of some large mangosteen, ebony and fig trees and overlooks a wonderful floodplain that teems with game. Activities at Mombo include morning and afternoon game drives in open 4x4 Land Rovers.

The camp has 9 comfortably furnished, luxurious tents, raised off the ground. The guest's rooms and the walkways that connect the rooms to the living area are up to 2m off the ground, allowing game to wander freely through the camp - but at the same time allowing for guest safety. One often finds that animals take refuge under the rooms. The canvas rooms are spacious and well appointed and have en-suite facilities under canvas and an additional outdoor shower for those who enjoy a shower under the stars.

DAY 15 – FLY TO JOHANNESBURG AND HOME Today you will transfer by light aircraft to Kasane Airport, clear customs and head to Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe by road transfer, for your flight to JNB.
