iVATS Fleet Management System (iFMS) is a dynamic, real-time web based GPS Fleet Management System catering
for land based mobile asset. It enables end-users to instantly locate the entire fleet with up-to-the minute position
and comes with full range of features that allow you to perform ‘live’ or ‘historical’ tracks and generate reports. It
allows end-users to enhance the productivity and customer service with an intelligent system that is maintenance-
free and easily scalable as the company increase its workforce or mobile assets.

System can be integrated with various sensors such as access control.
Capable to integrate with a local touch panel for information dissemination bilaterally.
Web based which allows customer to logon iFMS anywhere in the world.

Historical playback of information. Reports are exportable in excel or PDF format.
SMS and/or email alerts for violation of rules such as speeding, geofencing etc.
Vehicle Immobilization via Vehicle Command Unit (VCU) or over-the-air from the web-based command centre application

iFMS Online Portal iFMS collects all the positional and telemetry data and customers can view all these using iFMS portal. Localised map
view displays all the mobile assets.
The vehicle positions are transmitted automatically and the information is processed by iFMS platform and sent to the end-users or control centre. Updates are carried out automatically at regular intervals or by the occurrence of specific events set by the administrator from the browser-based application. The control centre/operator use the internet to interact to poll, identify position of vehicle(s) under his supervision. iFMS Reports The following are provided as standard in excel or pdf format within the iFMS.

iFMS Tracking Device iFMS uses either use Kemilinks’ proprietary m-Tracker GSM tracker or satellite based tracker. For area that is out of GSM nework coverage, iFMS uses satellite terminal to provide the tracking capability. For mobile assets that move occasionally out of GSM coverage area, a hybrid terminal can be used to provide the full coverage.
