Since July’13 with Premier InfoAssists Pvt. Ltd. as Head-Research & Development
Heading business development for recyclable products in steel, plastic & rubber and also in paper stock lot, agricultural products, UCO, raw cotton, animal feed and wood division globally.
Liaise with other executive heads on implementation of the company's strategic & operational plans. Planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets. Evaluate lead generation and sales opportunities, call on prospects and secure meetings with key
decision makers. Instrumental in organizing conferences for the company and looking after the branding of the
business through various editorials. Leading and driving the team to enter new markets and initiate the business operations
in Japan and Australia. Efficacious in expanding business in various part of the globe in countries like Jordan,
Lebanon, Israel, Ivory Coast, Ghana, Senegal, Ethiopia, Tunisia, Egypt, Libya, Reunion etc.

government/non-government organizations, traders etc. in the kingdom and from South-East Asian countries for iron ore, steel, coal, limestone, dolomite, gypsum etc.

Procured and supplied minerals like iron ore, coal etc. from the domestic and international market. Acquired business from many leading exporters, iron & steel plant owners, manufacturers, PSUs,
industries, and traders for iron, coal etc. Directed sales force, managed a team of shift supervisors and office-in-charge/DM/RM in different
locations. Exposure in mines and experience in shipping, railway & road logistics and port handling for minerals
like coal, iron ore etc. Oversaw marketing, liaison, quality, dispatch, legal & commercial arbitration. Managed overall operations & ensured execution pertaining to sourcing, negotiation and deal

Directed sales force of 20 managers and 2 DBMs for life insurance business. Achieved the 10 M mark in March, 2008 by becoming the 1st Branch Manager in the state to do so. Attained 6th position in the country in June, 2008 in the agency channel. Developed 2 managers to DBMs & 1 Deputy Branch Manager to BM in-charge. Appraised as a performing Branch Manager and got an additional branch to oversee inside 9 months. Organized and supervised business development activities including in-house presentations, lead
generation and corporate social responsibility programs. Became the No.1 Branch Manager in the region in 2007-08.
May’03 to July 2007 with Bajaj Allianz LIC Ltd., Malda as Senior Branch Manager
Lead, monitored and motivated team strength of 14 SMs for agency channel for life insurance. Promoted to SBM from a Trainee Sales Team Manager in less than three years of joining. As Senior Satellite Manager, achieved 5 million of first year’s premium in March 2006, producing the
highest business of 300% ever achieved in any month by the branch with only 7 Sales Managers. Got certificate of merit for the highest number of policies per manager in 2007 in the state meet. Organized various activities like organizing existing customer meet, career & business opportunity
