New Consultant Bonus Program Mechanics1. This is open to all new Independent Beauty

Consultants. New Beauty Consultants may only qualifiy for NCB on their 1st month in Mary Kay. NCB 1 purchase should be made within the month of sign up. NCB 2 to NCB 4 purchases should be made in the succeeding three months, following the calendar month (1-30/31st days).

2. A minimum of P13,000 single purchase order should be placed on the first and second month, followed by P14,000 single purchase

order on the 3rd month, and P16,000 single purchase order on the 4th month.

3. Month 1 is the month wherein the Consultant submits her signed Beauty Consultant Agreement. This program follows calendar month-end for eligibility.

4. If an Independent Beauty Consultant misses a month, she cannot continue with the program. Sales orders cannot be carried over to the next month. Each month's sales requirements must be made within that month.

5. If an Independent Beauty Consultant places a minimum order of P13,000 single purchase, twice or more in Month 1, these cannot be carried oveer to their next NCB month, which is month 2. When she places her first P13,000 single purchases within the required month, she may already avail of the free products under the NCB program. Succeeding single purchases made within the same month will NOT be carried over to the following month.

DALLAS CONFERENCE CHALLENGE 2015

REMINDERS:

CHALLENGE PERIOD: JULY 1, 2014 - FEBRUARY 28, 2015

• Tenured Sales Directors in Executive Senior Sales Director level will be allowed to achieve and join once effective 2015 Catch the Dream challenge.

• Achievers are responsible for their own passports and visa application. Mary Kay Philippines will take care of the fees for the winner’s first visa application. We strongly encourage early applications by February or March. Penalties and surcharges that arise from late bookings due to the delayed submission of visa and/or passport documents will be shouldered by the winner.

• In the event that achievers cannot avail of the trip due to non-issuance of visas for whatever reason, there will be no cash conversion.

• Achievers must travel to Dallas, Texas, USA first and take their side trips after. Achievers who opt to take different routes for their side trips after the Dallas education trip will have to book their own plane flights and advance their airfares with the travel agency. Written notice must be submitted to the Company on or before March 1, 2015; otherwise, it will be presumed that the winner is taking the trip on the regular route and the Company will confirm their reservation. Should there be any changes made after on the route, the winner shall shoulder all corresponding booking charges. The Company will only reimburse the costs incurred on the regular travel route to Dallas.

• The Company reserves the right to change, amend or revise the rules as deemed necessary for the best interests of the company.

• The Company reserves the right to verify qualification achieved. If misrepresentation is discovered, this could cause forfeiture of prize and/ or termination of Independent Beauty Consultant Agreement.

• In case qualifiers will not be able to go for whatever reason, the trip is neither bankable for future trips nor convertible to cash.

• Passport and other documentation such as photos, marriage and birth certificate expenses will be shouldered by the Sales Director. Visa expenses will be shouldered by the Company.Upon written notification of the Company, qualifiers must confirm in writing their participation on or before August 31, 2015.

• Free trip includes cost of airfare, hotel accommodation, meals and any tours the Company will provide from Manila to destinations and back to Manila. No side trips will be arranged by the Company.

• Cancellations of the trips after tickets and hotel reservations have been purchased will be charged to the Sales Directors account.

• The Company reserves the right to replace the gifts with items of equal or higher value in case of unavailability.

• All incentive trips are subject to 10% final tax as required by law and are inclusive in the cost of the promotion.

Please confirm the schedule of company-run classes with your respective Beauty Centers. No onsite registration. Only duly pre-registered Beauty Consultants may attend. Doors will be closed one hour from start of class. Late comers will not be allowed to enter the class.

Register online at www.marykayintouch.com.ph through the online ordering system and click 'Events and Class Registration'. Check the Calendar of Activities on page 2 for the class schedules. Deadline for online registration is at 5pm the day before the class. Registration after 5pm will be counted for the next scheduled class.
