JDR Energy provides a project manpower solution across the full lifecycle of power generation projects, managing all engineering disciplines as well as all supporting head office based positions.
Transmission & Distribution
With continual projects within both new and existing territories, we provide the brightest talent across the entire spectrum of roles within transmission and distribution, on both a contract and permanent basis.

Plant Construction
We manage the full recruitment process across a number of divisions within plant construction; from fossil fuel, whereby we supply the highest calibre of candidates for roles within simple and combined cycle power plants, to geothermal, nuclear and solar thermal projects.
We also have an extensive database of treasure trove candidates across biomass and water treatment divisions, offering our clients a 360 service like no other.

Outages & Maintenance
Our enviable talent pool stems from our ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with our candidates. We have a bank of EPC, and outage and maintenance experts, covering an abundance of roles, from Site Directors to Mechanical Engineers to Boiler Managers.
