Customers complain that records are in Jigsaw but there is no way for them to tell Jigsaw they match 4. There is no easy way for JFS clients to contribute to improve the system in a community fashion 5. Customer satisfaction/perception of JFS is falling</li></ul><p>Add user interaction to improve JFS <br /></p> <ul><li>Give the end user the ability to manually match Accounts, Contacts and Leads 6. Give the end user the ability to correct an incorrect match 7. Improve match rates for all customers by adding invisible user data as matching criteria to the JFS cache 8. We will have stored the customers data to improve our matching so that a manual match will now match every time and Jigsaw will not undo the match during a re-sync. 15. The customer now has an easy method to manually match Accounts, Contacts and Leads and to correct incorrect matches. 16. Customers will see added value to the JFS platform and their perception and satisfaction with JFS will rise.</li> </ul>
