ACTIVITY Evaluated Experience

• Individuals play the game, but teams win championships.

• Teamwork is birthed when you concentrate on “we” instead of “me.”

• If you do everything alone and never partner with other people, you create huge barriers to your own potential.

• An individual cannot do the incredible, significant task. If it’s significant it takes a team.

1 Right People. Right Places. Having the right people in the right places is essential to team building.

Great Vision. Great vision precedes great achievement. 2

Good Attitude. Good attitudes among players do not guarantee a team’s success, but bad attitudes guarantee its failure.

3

Game Plan. The game plan tells what you want to happen. But the scoreboard tells what is happening.

Team Countability. Teammates must be able to count on each other when it really counts.

7

Recognition. Help the people on your team develop morale and momentum to create a winning team.

8

Adjustments. The higher the level on which you and your team are competing the smaller the adjustments become to achieve your best.
