From Our Kitchen to Yours Advantages Local Sustainability Kabobs has strategically partnered with local farmers in obtaining only the freshest grown raw materials for our line of gourmet hors d’oeuvres and entrees. This compassion of local sustainability provides piece of mind to customers that they are receiving a product renown for its superior taste and high quality. To further promote Kabobs local sustainability efforts, our culinary team has created its own private herb garden, located adjacent to our kitchen facility, which provides true “straight from the garden” taste and flavor. 1 Brochettes & Satays • All fresh meats are placed in a vacuum tumbler, which assists in pulling marinades / sauces into the muscle. This state- of-the-art marination process results in a well-balanced flavor dining experience, and a clean, non-messy preparation environment. • Kabobs brochettes and satays are hand-threaded with a decorative bamboo skewer: paddle, raw square cut, or knotted. • All bamboo skewers are presoaked in water, allowing for product to be prepared or finished on a grill. Phyllo • Each layer of phyllo dough is individually brushed with rich creamy butter. This artisanal-style craft creates an airy crispness to the phyllo, while creating a beautiful golden brown color. • Our culinary team practices a minimalistic approach with only using a few layers of phyllo, which provides a dining experience that is balanced with our colorful and flavor mix with the subtle buttery flavors of phyllo. Empanadas • Authentic flavor profiles, embodying the cultures of Latin America, are at the forefront of Kabobs’ line of empanadas. Each of our empanadas consist of a beautifully presented pastry consisting of ground maize (corn), which provides for a sweet flavor profile, and great texture. • Our colorful mixes consist of only premium raw materials, which include excellent particle definition and texture. Bacon Wrapped • Producing a premium, high quality product is seen through all Kabobs product categories, including Bacon Wrapped. Unlike most manufacturers, we do not include bread crumbs into our bacon wrapped products. Rolling product in bread crumbs provides false weight, and reduces the flavor of products. • We use raw Applewood Smoked bacon, to provide an intense and flavorful experience. Par-cooked bacon, results in less flavor and possible over preparing / burning.

Breaded• All batter / breaded items are lightly flour dusted for a lower ratio of breading to filling.

Thaw & Serve / Ready to Eat• Kabobs submits all production batches of its Thaw & Serve / Ready to Eat items for micro-testing, before being released. A trusted third-party laboratory tests all products for various micro-organisms, which can be potentially harmful for you and your customers.

Spring Rolls / Egg Rolls • Each of our spring rolls / egg rolls consist of a firm texture, premium raw ingredients (no inexpensive fillers), and superior definition. • In an attempt to focus on our much praised colorful and flavorful mixes, a member of our culinary team hand-cuts two corners off each spring roll wrapper before final assembly. The result is a spring roll that contains intense flavor, with little to no wrapper.

Tarts, Quiches, Mini Pizzas & Pot Pies• All our tart shells and created in our state-of-the-art culinary facility, which offers you with only the freshest, premium product available.• Kabobs’ culinary team has created their tarts shells to complement a specific mix; we do not share a belief of one neutral tart shell for all dining experiences. Dependent on the product mix, our chefs have added various herbs and spices to the tart shells, providing additional complementary flavor and added visual to the exterior.

Locally Sourced - Fresh Premium Meats and Produce• Kabobs has partnered with local Georgia farmers and suppliers to obtain only the freshest, premium raw ingredients available to create its line of handcrafted hors d’oeuvres, entrees, and sides.• We use only USDA choice aged beef, which is hand-cut at Kabobs’ culinary facility. • Select chicken breast and tenderloins, hormone free and natural, are delivered daily and inspected to ensure premium standards• Fruits and Vegetables are hand-selected daily from a local Farmer’s Market, located only minutes away from our production facility.

Gluten-Free • All gluten-free products have undergone a stringent micro-testing by the University of Nebraska – Lincoln laboratories. Kabobs’ gluten-free products contain a quantitative limit of less than 20 ppm of gluten.
