ApplicationThe Aluminum-guide is made to clip intoslots of base 50/40/30. In addition its pos-sible to press-fit a steel bolt Ø6 to lock theextrusions against moving. Advantages: – Quick and simple assembly for low bud-
get– Closed slots avoid dirt deposits– Expandable at already existing construc-
tions.
Sliding doors are easy and cost effective toproduce. Used in applications, were noopen slots are allowed to avoid dirt depo-sits.
This extrusion is primary used as a rail gui-de for the concave rollers.
ApplicationThis ball bearing-mounted roller is mainlyused in assembly with the trolley extrusion,although it can also be attached directly toany extrusion. Together with the Alu-guide-extrusion type B19–8 a low cost rail is pro-duced.

ApplicationThe double trolley with concave rollers gi-ves you the possibility, to produce slidingdoors together with the alu rail extrusionB19–8. The length of the trolley you can bedefined. We recommend to add an additio-nal roller for lengths over 1000mm.
The double trolley can be ordered with more than 2 rollers.
The roller-mounted support with concaverollers are available on demand (see maincatalogue, roller mounted support).
Parts supplied Alu extrusion with >_ 2 rollers. PVS-connectors and/or end caps assemb-led.

Application Because of the optimal shape the guide railcan be used for relatively high loads. It canbe fixed directly to the extrusions. Cente-ring bolts adjust the rail to the extrusion. In combination with the slide are precise,cost efficient linear-guides. Three sizes areavailable.

The flat slide gives you the possibility toproduce a low height guide system. It isscrewed directly on the construction extru-sion. Two anti-twist spigots help to positionthe slides parallel to the extrusion.
The two external rollers take the load, whilstthe middle allows you to adjust the inputtension with an eccentric bolt.

Application The ribbed rubber extrusion can be used asa surface protector, as anti slide, or as asealing extrusion. That extrusion fits in theslots of all cross sections of base 50, 40,30 and 20.

Application This sealing strip is used to stabilise and seal panels. It is fitted after the panel is in-serted in the slot and fits base 20 and 30extrusions.

Application For attaching components. Threaded pla-tes are inserted before assembly into theend of the extrusion slots.

Application The hammer nuts can be used for the sa-me purpose as the threaded plates orspring nuts. They can be assembled after-wards into the slot. Because of their 8mmwidth, short fixing distances are possible.Their load-bearing capability is clearly lo-wer than this of threaded plates and extru-sion nuts.

Application The magnet-nuts can be inserted into theextrusions of the base 50 and 40 on theopen cross section. They can be fixed inposition with 2 small screws. With the magnet-nuts you can do a flat door fixing;cover a frame with powder coated steel panels; or use as a tool holder.
