Rotor Low Vib — LW

The patented layout of hammers provides the basis of a minor source of vibration. Minimum bending stress and rotor deformation are visible from the diagram. In practice, this means less fluctuation, quiet operation of the flail mower and a longer life expectancy of the machine.

Tilted double joint

The patent assures the uniform and simultaneous lifting of the flail mower upon hitting an obstacle. The design solution ensure efficient protective function without hydraulic actuator.

The flail mower can be attached to the tractor’s three–point linkage of I. and II. category.

The flail mower is equipped with a mechanical offsetting for left/right shifting. Also available upon requestis a hydraulic offsetting and as an option front and rear attachment. Position of the flail mower can be adjusted by safety skids and a supporting roller. There is a Free Wheel coupling built inside, preventing the damages of the machine and gearbox. There are also additional pick-up knives, which prevent possible ejection of the mulching material (branches, vines, etc).

Smooth work of Flail Mower is provided by electronically balanced rotor with patented Low Vib-LW distribution of the hammers, which substantially minimizes vibrations, bending stress and rotor deformation. Requested power is minimize, because there is always only one hammer in the line of cutting.

In practise Low Vib allows possibility of higher encumbrance and most of all longer life time of flail mower.

It is robust and multifunctional machine used for mulching grass, corn and maize stubble; sunflowers and other such crops used for green fertilization. It is suitable on large agricultural surfaces and for high working speed by providing faster flow of the mulched material.

In addition to its universal use, the lateral flail mower is designed for mulching surfaces in the vicinity of rivers, ditches and roads. It is also suitable for meadows, orchards and pastures.

The functional linkage is designed for pulling theflail mower behind or lateral to the tractor withinclination range of +90° on the upward sideand –55° on the downward side. The lateral flailmower can be attached to the tractor’s three–point linkage of II. and III. category. There is aFree Wheel coupling built inside, preventing thedamages of the machine and gearbox. A differentplacement of the gearbox and parallelogramdeveloped for the purpose of the horizontalhydraulic offset is what distinguishes the lateral flail mower from other universal flail mowers. A special attachment with hydraulic cylinder is designed for raising/lowering the attachment. Our patented safety mechanism is also one of the stand out features. Professional rotary mower design has a factory inbuilt hydraulic cylinder for left/right offset.The cutting height can be adjusted by two front wheels and two rear supporting rollers. Fixed and functionally designed knives with four blades maximize the vacuum during mulching, which results in rising of the flattened grass. Self–tensioning pulley provides a better transmission of rotation even with heavy–duty loads. The robust design of the machine provides substantially faster runs during mulching.

It is designed for seeding of stubble crop used as an animal feed or for seeding for green fertilization, thus preventing the germination and seeding of weeds, protecting the ground from erosion and adding organic substances to the ground which improves fruitfulness and biological diversity of the soil.

The machine incorporates the ploughing, harrowing, and seeding operations, all in a single run. First, the three-point reversible share manufactured from special steel in the shape of the sparrow’s tail ploughs up the soil, disks further crush the soil, and the seeder scatters the seeds across the ground. In the last phase during the run, the roller is used for levelling the ground and thus covering the seeds. The sowing machine has an inbuilt mixing device and a modulating adjustment of the outflow volume of the seed. The feeders for seeding small seeds are driven by the rear roller.

Interrow Cultivator OK–4

A robust and professional machine for inter–row cultivation of maize, sugar beat, cabbage, onion, carrot, lettuce, potato in 28—75 cm wide rows. The machine is designed for simultaneous cultivation, additional fertilizing, and sprinkling. The utilization of the interrow cultivator prevents the growth of weeds, minimizes the hardness of the ground and minimizes the water evaporation from the ground, thus maximizing the resistance of the plants to drought.

Cultivation depth can be adjusted by the levelling wheel for each digging aggregate respectively. The force of the parallelogram to the ground can be adjusted by the pressure spring that enables efficient hoeing on all types of ground. The adjustable assortment of the spring shanks ensures precision hoeing of the entire inter-row area. The head wheels steer the cultivator through the automatic mechanical guidance. The modern fertilizer dispensing device is manufactured from stainless steel and the fertilizer is fed by volumetric feeder. The machine may be folded by vertically lifting the outer aggregates for the purpose of transportation.

Fertilizer Spreader TG

This machine is suitable for spreading fertilizer and other small granulated materials. Two opposite rotating discs are driven by the reducer through the drive shaft, which enable good and equable spreading of the fertilizer.

The regulating system controls the quantity and method of spreading (symmetric/asymmetric), thus minimizing the effect of the ground inclination and providing equable spreading of the fertilizer on both sides of the machine. The mixer inside the spreader prevents the blockage and threshes the fertilizer.

The machine is suitable for two row potato planting on larger fields, as well as for levelled or inclined ground.

Two feeding conveyor belts with two rows of cups enable seeding without slipping and damaging the tubers. For planting potatoes of different sizes you can install additional plastic inserts into cups. Potatoes can be planted at five (5) different distances between rows and fifteen (15) different distances between tubers. Adjustable ploughs are capable of making good ridges in light or heavy soil conditions alike. The machine is easy to use.

The potato planter ASK-2 with earthing up device is the upgraded version of the existing automatic two rows potato planter. It is used for simultaneous preparation of the seeding area, double row planting, and earthing up tubers in wider and higher ridges.

The machine on the pre-treated soil first pushes the soil between the tractor wheels. After the tubers are planted with the potato planter, the earthing up device forms a ridge with the help of adjustable ploughs. The automatic planter with earthing up device can be used to avoid additional runs required for earthing up and cultivating, thus saving time, substantially reducing production expenses, and minimizing the stress on the ground.

Cultivator OK-2 with a fertilizer dispensing device DN-2

This machine is used for two row semi-automatic planting of tubers and further cultivation during growing.

The machine’s front ploughs create a furrow in the field and the feeders driven by the ground wheel drop the individual tubers into the ground. In the final stage, the disks earth up the tuber with soil and form a ridge. The planting depth is determined by the height of the front wheels. Modulating adjustment of the distance between and within the rows is also possible.

The serial equipment comprises of ploughs for potato earthing up, sweep point for cultivating potato and sweep point for cultivating maize with brackets, two seats and a steering wheel. The potato planter can simply be remodelled into an inter-row cultivator or a potato earthning up machine. We offer optional fertilizer dispensing device DN-2 that can be used during planting, as well as cultivating and earthing up potatoes.

Two row sprayers for inter-row cultivating are designed for cultivating and earthing up of potato, maize, and other crops. It is suitable for smaller cultivating areas.

The machine can be adjusted for different inter–row distances and depths of cultivating. Diverse equipment, sweep tines for maize, potato, and earthing up ploughs can be used for cultivating all kinds of crops. We offer optional fertilizer dispensing device DN-2.

Potato Digger IK–1D

The machine belongs to the series of one row potato, onion … sieve diggers and is suitable for all types of ground with up to 12 % inclination.

The two disks cut off the green top of the tuber; the double plough undercuts the potato ridge, and transports it lateral on the sieve. The two counter moving sieves remove the soil and deposit the potato in a narrow line at the side of the machine. Such depositing method provides smooth operation of the machine and picking up the potato. The machine is an indispensable equipment of each and every farm due to its efficiency and simple use.
